hola amigos amantes de los deportes!! hoy paso por esta comunidad para traerle una nueva experiencia de kayak, normalmente la freguesia donde vivo tiene estas actividades gratis para cualquiera que desee practicar el deporte las hace desde primavera hasta verano, en realidad el Kayak es algo que puedes practicar en cualquier cuerpo de agua y epoca del ano, yo hoy me vi muy forzado a grabar mientras remaba pero bueno este video corto les muestra un poco mi experiencia.🧭🚣🏻
Hello fellow sports enthusiasts! Today I'm stopping by this community to share a new kayaking experience. The parish where I live usually offers these activities for free to anyone who wants to practice the sport, from spring to summer. Actually, kayaking is something you can do on any body of water and at any time of year. Today I felt compelled to record while paddling, but this short video shows you a bit of my experience.🏞️🚩
Me disculpo por la corta duracion del video normalmente me gusta hacer contenido mas elaborado y preparado pero no habia condiciones ninguna, cada vez que soltaba las palas para quitar la camara o moverla el kayak era arrastrado por la corriente y esto era peligroso porque habia una zona con corriente bastante rapida y alli el kayak se podia virar, conozco mis limites y no iba arriesgar mi salud por un post! sin embargo capture tomas interesantes.🙇🏻♀️🧭
I apologize for the short video length. I usually like to create more elaborate and prepared content, but the conditions weren't right. Every time I let go of the paddles to remove or move the camera, the kayak was being dragged by the current, which was dangerous because there was an area with a fairly fast current where the kayak could capsize. I know my limits and wasn't going to risk my health for a post! However, I did manage to capture some interesting shots.🦾

Les soy sincero en Portugal es muy raro ver personas con obesidad o gordas, el Portugues es delgado y por suerte saque esa genetica de mi madre xD, y algo que me parecio interesante que en el futuro el gobierno del Zulia podia impulsar actividades como estas para mejorar la salud de los Marabinos que un gran porcentaje son gordos y sufren de enfermedades cardiovasculares, claro esto mas por la dieta se consume muchas frituras y en Portugal no! pero me quito el sombrero por la iniciativa de Seixal por hacer esto varias veces al ano para que las personas hagan ejercicios y se interesen por este lindo deporte.🚣🏻🧭
To be honest, in Portugal it's very rare to see obese or overweight people. Portuguese people are slim, and luckily I inherited that from my mother xD. Something I found interesting is that in the future, the Zulia government could promote activities like these to improve the health of Maracaibo residents, a large percentage of whom are overweight and suffer from cardiovascular diseases. Of course, this is mostly due to their diet; they consume a lot of fried food, which isn't the case in Portugal! But I take my hat off to Seixal for his initiative in doing this several times a year to encourage people to exercise and become interested in this wonderful sport.🏞️🏔️

El 28/04 hay otra actividad de kayak tratare de venir con mi hermana para grabar con otras tomas y mejor utilizar mi drone, ya con una segunda persona es diferente porque el kayak duple permite que uno reme mientras otro descansa, vamos a ver como corre!!! posiblemente mejore el clima ya que esta semana hizo muchisimo sol, tambien la marea me favorecera y podre ir un poco mas lejos cosa que hoy no puede hacer.🌏👨🏻🦯
On April 28th there's another kayaking activity. I'll try to come with my sister to film it with different shots and make better use of my drone. With a second person, it's different because the double kayak allows one person to paddle while the other rests. Let's see how it goes! The weather will probably improve since it was very sunny this week. The tide will also be in my favor, and I'll be able to go a little further, which I couldn't do today.🤽🏻♀️🚣🏻🏄🏻

En Portugal es bastante popular el kayak y en realidad es uno de los deportes mas ganadores de medallas olimpicas, creo que un pais tan pequeno trata de destacarse en lo poco que tiene diria, pero el kayak es un deporte costoso y que requiere de cierta habilidades para practicarse, un kayak puede rondar desde los 800 a 1500 dolar, para comenzar es caro, a seguir necesitamos un rio, laguna o mar para practicarlo y no todos los estados de Venezuela tienen la suerte de tener un espacio apropiado para practicarlo, sumado debes saber nadar, no tener miedo a aguas profundas.🌏👨🏻🦯

But kayaking is an expensive sport that requires certain skills to practice. A kayak can cost anywhere from $800 to $1500, which is expensive to start with. Furthermore, you need a river, lake, or sea to practice it, and not all states in Venezuela are lucky enough to have a suitable place to do so. In addition, you must know how to swim and avoid deep water.🦾🏞️
Otra cosa muy importante es que los kayak de fibra como estos no los puedes guardar en cualquier sitio y debes tener espacio, en lo personal es la razon del porque no tengo uno, por suerte tengo el rio cerca pero vivo en un apartamento y no puedo guardar uno, quizas en el futuro cuando cambie de casa, espero hayas disfrutado del post y te prometo que traere otra actividad mas adelante mejor preparada!
Another very important thing is that fiberglass kayaks like these can't be stored just anywhere; you need space. Personally, that's why I don't have one. Luckily, I have the river nearby, but I live in an apartment and can't store one. Maybe in the future when I move.
