Un fuerte abrazo a la comunidad deportiva de HIVE FullDeportes, un honor traer nuevamente contenido en el marco del deporte ciencia como lo es el Ajedrez, a través de la difusión de los eventos locales de la hermosa ciudad blanca de Arequipa, Perú; en esta ocasión tuve la oportunidad de participar en el evento y por supuesto aproveché la ocasión para interactuar con los protagonistas del evento. Vale destacar que este torneo jugado fue a un ritmo de tiempo rápido, específicamente 12 minutos para cada jugador con 03 segundos de incremento por jugada.

A big hug to the sports community of HIVE FullDeportes, an honor to bring back content within the framework of the sport science as it is Chess, through the dissemination of local events in the beautiful white city of Arequipa, Peru; this time I had the opportunity to participate in the event and of course I took the opportunity to interact with the protagonists of the event. It is worth noting that this tournament was played at a fast pace, specifically 12 minutes for each player with 03 seconds increment per move.
Interactuamos con el MF Flavio Gonzales organizador principal del evento, y quien también por cierto lo jugó, derrochando maestría en cada partida, y realizó la invitación para la participación en el Torneo Internacional Copa “TALENTO CUSQUEÑO” que se celebrará del 06 al 09 de diciembre del presente año en la ciudad de Cusco. Sin lugar a dudas una gran oportunidad para los ajedrecistas arequipeños y del Perú para compartir con los mejores exponentes de este deporte del sur del continente americano.
We interacted with FM Flavio Gonzales, main organizer of the event, who also played it, wasting mastery in each game, and made the invitation to participate in the International Tournament “TALENTO CUSQUEÑO” Cup to be held from December 6 to 9 of this year in the city of Cusco. Undoubtedly a great opportunity for the chess players from Arequipa and Peru to share with the best exponents of this sport in the south of the American continent.
El MF Flavio Gonzales se vio en mas de una ocasión en ciertos apuros en las partidas disputadas, especialmente ante estos jóvenes promesas del ajedrez arequipeño como lo son José Manzano y Alexander Bedia, el primero de ellos regresando con todas las fuerzas después de mas de 05 años de inactividad y el segundo con solo dos añitos de experiencia, jóvenes talentosos, desde acá de la sección de noticiero FullDeportivo les deseamos todos los éxitos y que siempre cultiven esta maravillosa disciplina como lo es el Ajedrez.

No podía faltar en este torneo la presencia del joven Rodrigo Viveros, excelente jugador con el que coincido frecuentemente en torneos, y hemos desarrollado un gran amistad, en la interacción nos comenta que desea entrenar mucho más para aumentar su nivel y ante la pregunta de quién es su su favorito para ganar el campeonato Mundial Absoluto de Ajedrez 2024, inclina la balanza hacia el indio Gukesh.
We could not miss in this tournament the presence of the young Rodrigo Viveros, excellent player with whom I frequently coincide in tournaments, and we have developed a great friendship, in the interaction he tells us that he wants to train much more to increase his level and when asked who is his favorite to win the World Absolute Chess Championship 2024, he tilts the balance towards the Indian Gukesh.
Vale hacer una mención especial a Luana herrera la única chica del torneo, representante del rostro femenino del ajedrez peruano, mostrando un excelente nivel y logrando ocupar las primeras posiciones de este evento que fue bastante fuerte, realmente un nivel ajedrecístico de altura. Sigue así Luana Herrera, a seguir trabajando fuerte, muchas bendiciones.
It is worth making a special mention to Luana Herrera, the only girl of the tournament, representative of the female face of Peruvian chess, showing an excellent level and managing to occupy the top positions of this event that was quite strong, really a high chess level. Un honor este compartir con estos grandes exponentes del ajedrez peruano, a pesar de haber ocupado la posición 10 me siento contento por cada una de las partidas disputadas, por esas gane, por las que perdí y por esas otras que hice tablas, porque al final todo suma, lo importante como siempre lo señalo es convertir esas experiencias en aprendizajes.
