Y desde la hermosa ciudad blanca de Arequipa, hemos vivenciado un importante torneo Inter Escolar de Ajedrez de carácter nacional, en el que tuvimos la visita de ajedrecistas de Lima, capital de Perú, así como también de las tierras de Cusco y Juliaca. Torneo organizado por la familia Peraltilla, que contó con arbitraje principal de mi amigo y maestro Miguel Calla. Una gran fiesta ajedrecista, sin lugar a duda, en la que decoramos la presentación con uno de los lugares icónicos de Arequipa como lo es la Plaza de Armas.

And from the beautiful white city of Arequipa, we have experienced an important national Inter School Chess tournament, in which we had the visit of chess players from Lima, capital of Peru, as well as from the lands of Cusco and Juliaca. The tournament was organized by the Peraltilla family, with my friend and master Miguel Calla as the main referee. A great chess party, without a doubt, in which we decorated the presentation with one of the iconic places of Arequipa such as the Plaza de Armas.
Una energía fascinante la que se vivió el pasado fin de semana en las instalaciones del Club FBC Piérola uno de los mejores equipos futbolistas de la región de Arequipa; así que ajedrez y fútbol unidos con el propósito de masificar la práctica del deporte ciencia.
A fascinating energy was experienced last weekend at the facilities of Club FBC Piérola, one of the best soccer teams in the region of Arequipa; so chess and soccer united with the purpose of massifying the practice of the science sport.
Y para muestra lo que se vivió, ajedrecistas de diferentes partes del Perú se dieron cita, unidos por la fascinante pasión de jugar un torneo, de jugar al Ajedrez, un deporte de innumerables beneficios para nuestra concentración, para el desarrollo de nuestra creatividad, de nuestra inteligencia, concentración. Desde los mas pequeños de la categoría SUB 06, hasta los atletas de la categoría libre, un caluroso abrazo, y sigan cultivando el ajedrez.
Chess players from different parts of Peru came together, united by the fascinating passion of playing a tournament, of playing chess, a sport with countless benefits for our concentration, for the development of our creativity, our intelligence and concentration. From the youngest of the SUB 06 category, to the athletes of the free category, a warm embrace, and continue cultivating chess.
Es para mi un honor ser una ventana para la difusión de estos eventos, donde interactuamos con los protagonistas del mismo como lo son los atletas, cada uno de ellos contribuyó con su granito de arena para materializar esta hermosa fiesta ajedrecística, mas allá del resultado que se obtenga, lo importante es estar allí, cultivando esta fascinante disciplina como lo es el ajedrez.
It is an honor for me to be a window for the dissemination of these events, where we interact with the protagonists of the same as they are the athletes, each of them contributed their bit to materialize this beautiful chess party, beyond the result to be obtained, the important thing is to be there, cultivating this fascinating discipline such as chess.
Y como es costumbre mi gente linda, aprovechamos esta grandiosa oportunidad para interactuar con los atletas; entrevistamos a parte de la delegación que nos visitó de Lima y Cusco, unas entrevistas muy amenas, las cuales te invito a disfrutar en el recurso audiovisual que encabeza la publicación, donde entre otras cosas hablamos de consejos para mejorar en el Ajedrez.
And as usual my beautiful people, we took this great opportunity to interact with the athletes; we interviewed part of the delegation that visited us from Lima and Cusco, some very pleasant interviews, which I invite you to enjoy in the audiovisual resource that heads the publication, where among other things we talked about tips to improve in Chess.
En esta secuencia de interacciones conversamos también con los representantes Arequipeños, que por supuesto dijeron presente en este torneo. Vale hacer una mención especial al pequeño Uriel Humpire, quien se proclamara Sub-Campeón Mundial Escolar 2024 de la categoría Sub-11, el pasado mes de abril en la provincia del Callao, Perú. Un gran logro que hace sentir muy orgulloso al pueblo arequipeño y al Perú en general.
In this sequence of interactions we also talked with the Arequipa representatives, who of course were present in this tournament. It is worth making a special mention to little Uriel Humpire, who was proclaimed Sub-World School Champion 2024 in the U-11 category, last April in the province of Callao, Peru. A great achievement that makes the people of Arequipa and Peru in general feel very proud.
Todas estas interacciones cargadas de mucha energía ajedrecísticas, no te puedes perder ninguna de ellas, en el recurso audiovisual del comienzo las podrás disfrutar. Pero no todo fue interacciones mi gente linda, también reté a alguno de los entrevistados, tuve el honor de jugar partidas amistosas contra Uriel Humpire, Camila Aramburú y Rodrigo Viveros, me siento contento de haber logrado tablas en todas las partidas, porque la verdad que estos jóvenes son super fuertes en el ajedrez.
All these interactions loaded with a lot of chess energy, you can not miss any of them, in the audiovisual resource at the beginning you can enjoy them.
