Como les dije anteriormente, este Rally de Croacia 2023 comenzó el día de ayer 20 de Abril con el Shakedown y finalizará el domingo 23 con el Power Stage, donde conoceremos quien se adjudica la victoria en esta competencia. La superficie de este Rally de Croacia es de asfalto, que contará con un total de 20 etapas para un recorrido total de 301.26 km. Esto como información aportada por la organización de este evento. Para esta carrera se tiene un total de 3 compuestos de neumáticos, duros, suaves y para lluvias, donde los equipos deben armar su estrategia de cómo usar los sets que tiene disponibles, de las cuales de los 58 compuestos, 28 son duros, 18 suaves y 12 para la lluvia. Aún quedan dos días de actividad para saber quién será el ganador de este Rally de Croacia. El día de mañana sábado 22 de Abril se espera que se disputen 8 etapas, siendo la primera la SS9 de Kostanjevac – Petruš Vrh 1 con 23,76 km de recorrido, seguida de una etapa SS10 más corta, de tan solo 8,78 km que va desde Vinski Vrh hasta Duga Resa 1. La SS11 es de Ravna Gora – Skrad 1 con una distancia de 10,13 km. Las siguientes 5 etapas los pilotos deberán recorrer una distancia de 73.3 kilómetros, en la cual pueden ganar mucho tiempo, pero cualquier contratiempo pueden hacerlos perder terreno con los rivales. El domingo 23 es donde se disputan las últimas 4 etapas, que suman una distancia a recorrer de 54.48 km, siendo la última etapa el Power Stage de Zagorska Sela – Kumrovec 2 con 14.09 km de recorrido, donde los pilotos obtiene puntos extras para el campeonato, así que es muy importante dar el todo. Mi piloto favorito para quedarse con esta carrera es Thierry Neuviulle quien hasta el momento es el líder y sería un gran tributo para Craig Breen. Elfyn Evans es otro de los pilotos que pienso que se pueden quedar con esta carrera. Otros de mis favoritos es Ott TÄNAK quien se encuentra a apenas un poco más de 24 segundos del líder. Aún queda carrera y distancia a recorrer y cualquier cosa puede pasar.
