Happy Wednesday dear community of full sports, in this wonderful day my friend I have a very intense full body that you can practice at home, performing a series of combined movements to tone the upper and lower body and middle zone, which I performed in 4 sets of 25 repetitions leaving 10 seconds rest between sets, I invite you to see my whole routine I hope you like it.

Salto impulsado con caminata hacia atrás./Boosted jump with backward walk.
Primer movimiento, realice un salto impulsado con caminata en sentadilla hacia atrás buenísimo ejercicio para comenzar a acondicionar el cuerpo, realice este movimiento en 4 series en 25 repeticiones.
First movement, perform a jumping jack with a backward squat walk, great exercise to start conditioning the body, perform this movement in 4 sets for 25 repetitions.
Sentadilla corta + aductores/Short squat + adductors
Segundo movimiento, realice sentadilla corta con aductores, perfecto para fortalecer los glúteos y aductores lo realice en 4 series en 25 repetición.
Second movement, perform a short squat with adductors, perfect to strengthen the gluteus and adductors. Perform it in 4 sets of 25 repetitions.
Sentadilla en cuadrupedia + flexión abierta./Quad squat + open push-up.
Tercer movimiento, realice sentadilla en cuadrupedia más flexión abierta combinación de ejercicio para trabajar el tren superior e inferior, lo realice en 4 series de 25 repeticiones.
Third movement, perform quadruped squat plus open flexion exercise combination to work the upper and lower body, performed in 4 sets of 25 repetitions.
Patada lateral /Side kick
Cuarto movimiento, realice patada lateral siguiente ejercicio ayuda a reducir más la cintura y toda esa zona abdominal, lo realice en 4 series de 25 repeticiones.
Fourth movement, perform the following side kick exercise helps to further reduce the waist and all that abdominal area, perform it in 4 sets of 25 repetitions.
Elevación de pierna y brazo + flexión./Leg and arm lift + push-up.
Quinto movimiento, realice elevación de pierna y brazo más flexión, combinación de ejercicio de coordinación y equilibrio buenísimo para trabajar todo el cuerpo, lo realice en 4 series de 25 repetición.
