Hoy tocó trabajar el tren inferior completo, realicé 2 ejercicios de femoral, 2 de aductores y 2 de cuadriceps, aumentando el peso en cada unos💪💪 haciendome cada vez mas fuerte, para despues igual decirle a mi esposo en casa que cargue lo mas pesado 🤣🤣🤣 porque asi somos jajaja en el gym nos transformamos 😂 pero en la casa somos princesas, para eso está el principe verdad? Jaja pero bueno, al finalizar la rutina realice esta de planchas como parte de mi cardio y por supuesto no dude en compartirsela, espero se animen a hacerla.

Hello hello friends of happy midweek, here at home, my mother a little better thank God, and I went back to the gym, where I certainly drain the last drop of stress hehe, I laugh, I get inspired, I peak, I advance, I love that hour and a half of the day hehe!
Today I had to work the complete lower body, I did 2 femoral exercises, 2 adductors and 2 quadriceps, increasing the weight in each one💪💪 making me stronger and stronger, to later tell my husband at home to carry the heaviest 🤣🤣🤣🤣 because that's how we are hahaha in the gym we transform 😂 but at home we are princesses, that's what the prince is for right? Haha but well, at the end of the routine I did this plank routine as part of my cardio and of course I did not hesitate to share it with you, I hope you are encouraged to do it.
