Hola amigos de feliz domingo, espero se esten preparando para una semana y un mes excelente!! Ya casi se nos va el aΓ±o asi que hay que meter el acelerador por esas metas!! Hoy les traigo una rutina de planchas, digamos "sencilla" por ser domingo, vamos a hacer 10 repeticiones de cada movimiento, descansaremos 1 minuto despues de haberlo realizados todos, tomamos aire, tantica agua y seguimos con la siguiente ronda, hasta completar 4 πͺπͺ
Espero que se animen, y veran que el lunes tendran menos flojera si hoy domingo se dedican unos minutos a entrenar πͺπͺ
