Para este encuentro el hacer jugar a Jordi Alba junto a Alejandro Balde por la banda izquierda era algo que esperaba ver en anteriores encuentros, aunque esperaba ver a Balde de lateral izquierdo y a Alba ocupar una zona como extremo y porque no, hasta de interior en esa zona, pero me sorprendió que el joven lateral ocupará el extremo y el experimentado jugador sea parte de la línea defensiva y desde esa misma decisión, Xavi y demás del cuerpo técnico demostraron desconfianza con dos delanteros y un mediocampista, me refiero a Ansu Fati, Ferran Torres y por último, a Pablo Torre y sé que dos de los tres jugadores citados no están en su mejor momento, en realidad están muy lejos de ser jugadores para ese club, pero es justo decir que son parte de la plantilla y así como sucedió contra el Elche, último partido ganado del Barça, tanto Ferran cómo Ansu pueden aportar algo positivo al equipo y más con lo visto del plan Alba-Balde que no funcionó para nada.
Esta desconfianza con los dos delanteros suplentes es algo que se puede entender por el mal desempeño que demuestran tanto Ansu cómo Ferran al momento de ser titulares o como en este encuentro donde tuvieron más de 20 minutos en el campo de juego; lo poco resolutivo, lo equivoco en las decisiones que toman al momento de atacar, la poca actitud, es algo que para cualquier aficionado le haría pensar que es mejor no contar con ellos para los restantes juegos, pero ¿Este es el pensamiento de Xavi sobre estos jugadores? Lamentablemente, al ver cómo usó a Balde cómo extremo, parece que sí y esa en mi opinión es una gran equivocación por parte del entrenador del FC Barcelona y esto nos hace pensar que ambos jugadores no serán parte de la plantilla la temporada que viene.

Existe otro grupo de jugadores que no cuentan con la plena confianza del DT y son los del filial que ni por necesidad de obtener un mejor resultado o porque un juego está definido, no tienen minutos de juego; el caso más llamativo es el Pablo Torre que esperaba que jugará por lo menos los mismos minutos que tuvieron los dos delanteros y es que al enfrentar a un equipo encerrado atrás, cansado, lo mejor era contar con alguien que ayudará a Busquets a filtrar pases entre líneas y no usar hasta cuatro delanteros o peor aún, usar a Ferran como interior izquierdo. Toda esta mala dinámica del Barça se vio a principio de temporada dónde hasta tres centrales titulares estaban lesionados y el resultado fue otra eliminación de la UCL en fase de grupos y ahora nuevamente, en meses importantes como febrero y marzo, nuevamente se pierde jugadores a causa de lesiones y se aleja el club de disputar títulos y ahora alarga un poco las victorias a obtener para ser campeón de La Liga y por eso creo que Xavi cómo DT debe motivar aún más a los jugadores disponibles dependiendo cuál sea su futuro en el equipo, que demuestren profesionalidad, compromiso porque para ser sincero su actuación en este juego y en alguno otro, no es para exigir.
