El día de hoy, dos de los clubes más famosos de Italia se enfrentaron en el Estadio Rey Fahd de Arabia Saudita para disputar la Supercopa de Italia; el destino quiso que el AC Milan que es el actual campeón de la Serie A enfrentara a su vecino rival, el Inter de Milán ganador de la Copa Italia reviviendo una vez más el que considero uno de los derbys más emocionantes del fútbol mundial, el Derby Della Madonnina y solamente con eso mis expectativas estuvieron en lo más alto porque estaba completamente seguro de que ambos clubes querían demostrar su máximo nivel para derrotar a un gran rival; en la previa pensaba que eso iba a ocurrir aunque en el juego sucedió (en parte) todo lo contrario.
Today, two of Italy's most famous clubs met at the King Fahd Stadium in Saudi Arabia for the Italian Super Cup; As fate would have it, AC Milan, the current Serie A champions, faced their neighboring rivals, Inter Milan, winners of the Coppa Italia, reliving once again what I consider one of the most exciting derbies in world soccer, the Derby Della Madonnina and with that alone my expectations were at their highest because I was completely sure that both clubs wanted to show their maximum level to defeat a great rival; in the preview I thought that was going to happen although in the game it happened (in part) quite the opposite.
A pesar de ambos clubes no respondieron a las expectativas de sus aficionados en el comienzo de una nueva temporada en la Serie A; hay que decir que para el proyecto económico era importante el clasificar a la segunda fase de la UEFA Champions League (lo cual consiguieron) y eso da un buen balance para una exigente y corta primera mitad de la temporada; ahora al regresar de la pausa por el mundial, estos equipos deben enfocarse en cada vez más mejorar para poder optar a algún otro título y justamente está es una de esas oportunidades en donde estos clubes pudo nuevamente ser quien gane un título de competencia local y puedan también ganar otro premio económico y eso nunca deja de ser algo positivo para cualquier equipo que quiera aún más ser mejor, ser competitivo; ya con esto no existe ninguna duda de que ambos equipos deberían dar el todo por el todo y ganar un título a comienzo de este año que pueda indicar de que se está haciendo un correcto trabajo y de que se puede competir aunque lo lejos que están del actual líder de la Serie A.
Although both clubs did not respond the expectations of their fans at the start of a new season in Serie A, it must be said that it was important for the economic project to qualify for the second round of the UEFA Champions League (which they achieved) and that gives a good balance for a demanding and short first half of the season; now after returning from the World Cup break, these teams must focus on improving more and more to be able to opt for another title and this is precisely one of those opportunities where these clubs could once again be the ones to win a local competition title and could also win another economic prize and that never ceases to be something positive for any team that wants to be even better, to be competitive; There is no doubt that both teams should give their all and win a title at the beginning of this year that could indicate that they are doing a good job and that they can compete even though they are far away from the current Serie A leader.
Como dije anteriormente, este Derby junto al de Sevilla y los que disputan los clubes de Londres, son los más emocionantes (en mi opinión) y es por eso que sin ser un fanático de ninguno de estos dos clubes, de igual manera siempre estoy dispuesto a ver y más cuando existe la lucha por obtener un título de forma inmediata. En este año o temporada he visto más jugar al equipo de Inzaghi el cual considero que es el mejor equipo de Italia aunque no hay duda de que el Napoli no tiene ninguna competencia, ahora con respecto a mi opinión sobre el club neroazzuro dire que el grupo de jugadores que lo conforma es muy bueno y que cuando deciden jugar bien pueden ser muy dominantes, un ejemplo es los dos encuentros contra el FC Barcelona por la fase de grupos en la Champions League en la cual no perdieron en sus dos encuentros y eso le valió para pasar a los octavos de final; justamente en esos juegos se vio un equipo muy concentrado y sólido y hasta con un buen poder ofensivo aprovechando los errores del rival; eso lamentablemente no se ha visto mucho en la Serie A, pero en la disputa de un título importante para el fútbol italiano y contra un gran rival, no había duda de que este equipo debería repetir otra buena actuación y así dar un mensaje para sus demás rivales y para ellos mismo el cual puede confirmar que están preparados para cualquier reto.
As I said before, this Derby together with the Seville Derby and the ones played by the London clubs, are the most exciting (in my opinion) and that is why without being a fan of either of these two clubs, I am always willing to watch and even more so when there is a fight to win a title immediately. In this year or season I have seen Inzaghi's team play more which I consider to be the best team in Italy although there is no doubt that Napoli has no competition, now with respect to my opinion about the neroazzuro club I will say that the group of players that conforms it is very good and when they decide to play well they can be very dominant, an example is the two games against FC Barcelona for the group stage in the Champions League in which they did not lose in their two games and that was enough to pass to the round of 16; In those games we saw a very concentrated and solid team and even with a good offensive power taking advantage of the opponent's mistakes; unfortunately this has not been seen much in Serie A, but in the dispute of an important title for Italian soccer and against a great rival, there was no doubt that this team should repeat another good performance and thus give a message to their other rivals and to themselves which can confirm that they are ready for any challenge.
El Inter es un equipo hecho para contraatacar; hoy nuevamente se vio como el equipo con esos cinco jugadores en el medio campo está pensando en recuperar el balón y correr, no hay ninguna duda de que todos los que jugaron estaban dispuestos a eso y es que Dimarco, Mjitaryán, Çalhanoğlu, Barella y Damian, era un equipo del cual su plan era correr sin parar; me gustó ese plan de poblar el medio campo y así dejar sin opción a ese doble pivote de Milan el cual no tuvo ninguna respuesta en el partido porque de manera rápida, en tan solo 10 minutos del primer tiempo, Dimarco anotaría el primer el gol a pase de Barella, después sería Dzeko quien aumentaría el marcador gracias a una fácil asistencia del stopper izquierdo, Bastoni quien cobro un tiro libre y encontró a una defensa rossonera mal posicionada para que el Bosnio con un enganche dentro del área anotara el segundo gol para su equipo; ya con esto, el segundo tiempo fue casi un mero trámite hasta que nuevamente un stopper, en este caso derecho con un pase largo de Škriniar hacia el campeón del mundo, Lautaro Martinez que con un magistral control con el pie izquierdo se quitó a su marca para después definir con el pie derecho a "tres dedos" y anotar un golazo, cerrando el partido que consagró al Inter de Milán cómo Supercampeon de Italia. El club Neroazzuro hizo un gran trabajo en dónde la presión, velocidad y concentración fue fundamental; esto lo digo porque con tan solo una posesión de balón de tan solo 34% pudo conseguir los espacios necesarios y ser contundente contra su rival, eso hizo la diferencia y por eso obtiene este título el cual ya consiguió el pasado año. Al Inter solo le queda esperar si sigue practicando este fútbol en la Serie A o espera a su enfrentamiento contra Porto por los octavos de final de la UCL; por ahora deberá jugar y mantener por ahora tercer puesto en la competencia local, ya que entre Milan, Juve, Inter y otros clubes más existe una lucha para ser el único perseguidor del Napoli y por eso pienso que deben si o si estar entre esos cuatro puestos y como dije, en mi opinión tienen los jugadores para competir y avanzar más en la máxima competencia de clubes en Europa.
