Se realizó el sorteo por los cuartos de final por la UEFA Champions League, dejando encuentros muy interesantes
Después de terminar una gran fase de octavos de final con resultados emocionantes, esperados y sorpresivos, el día de hoy se realizó el sorteo por los cuartos de final de la UCL en dónde tres clubes ingleses, tres españoles, uno alemán y uno portugués, deberán competir para seguir adelante y tener gran posibilidad de ser llamado campeón de la máxima competición de clubes europeos.

En mi opinión los emparejamientos son excelentes y sé que serán igual de emocionantes tal como ocurrió en la fase anterior, esto lo digo porque cada uno de estos equipos ha demostrado que tienen las armas para poder alcanzar la gran final y es por eso que tal vez está puede ser una fase muy pareja y sé que esto es fútbol en dónde cualquiera cosa puede suceder, pero de igual forma no deja de ser emocionante esperar que cada uno de estos juegos nos dé en lo mínimo 180 minutos de competitividad, de lucha para poder ser el mejor; a pesar de lo antes descrito sé que habrá encuentros que podrán ser más atrayentes que otros, pero estoy seguro de cuando estás eliminatorias comiencen cada uno de estos encuentros podrá ser de lo mejor que nos puede dar este torneo.
In my opinion the matchups are excellent and I know that they will be just as exciting as in the previous phase, I say this because each of these teams has shown that they have the weapons to reach the final and that is why maybe this can be a very even phase and I know that this is soccer where anything can happen, but it is still exciting to expect that each of these games will give us at least 180 minutes of competitiveness, of struggle to be the best; in spite of the above, I know that there will be games that may be more attractive than others, but I am sure that when these playoffs begin, each of these games will be one of the best that this tournament can give us.
Lo que más me llama la atención de estos juegos es la lucha de estilos, sé que hay algunos juegos que podrán ser repetitivos como por ejemplo: Chelsea FC vs Real Madrid, quienes se enfrentaron en la semifinal de la temporada pasada, pero justamente este encuentro tiene mucha importancia porque el club blanco tratara de no cometer los mismos errores contra el actual campeón de la UCL; también se puede sentir repetitivo el enfrentamiento de ideas entre Guardiola y Simeone, pero para sincero está debe ser una de las eliminatorias más parejas de todas las que se llevarán a cabo en esta fase, ya que el Atleti ha levantado el nivel tanto en La Liga como en la UCL, ganando partidos importantes y manteniendo un alto nivel en defensa aunque se enfrentará al equipo que tal vez mejor ataca en todo el torneo, como dije antes una lucha de ideas.

Se que muchos esperan que el Bayern tenga una victoria fácil contra el Villarreal, pero espero que el actual campeón de la UEFA Europa League muestre un buen nivel al enfrentar al siempre favorito club alemán y aparte de eso pienso quien aproveche ser local es quien pasará la eliminatoria porque ambos equipos son fuertes porque aprovechan lo que parece ser el tamaño del campo de sus estadios, ya que se ven más pequeños que en otros campos y para mí eso es el factor principal de buenos resultados, más que nada para el club español y creo que justamente eso lo necesitaran para tratar de pasar a la próxima ronda. Entre Benfica y Liverpool podemos tener otra eliminatoria igualdad, el club portugués ha demostrado que puede dar otra sorpresa más en esta nueva fase, creo que tiene un buen juego compacto en defensa y ataque teniendo a un delantero como Darwin Nuñez que siempre será peligroso para cualquier rival y que tendrá una dura prueba contra la ya experimentada defensa del Liverpool, club que a pesar de pasar de ronda al eliminar al Inter debió sufrir para estar en los cuartos de final y que con su lucha contra el ManCity por el liderato de la Premier League, puede que tal vez sienta un desgaste y eso lo pueda aprovechar el Benfica. Cuando comiencen estos cuatro encuentros cualquier análisis quedará a la espera hasta que finalicen esta fase, por los momentos debemos como aficionados al futbol tener las expectativas altas para cada uno de estas eliminatorias, por qué para mí estos equipos favoritos o no tienen la oportunidad de poder alcanzar algo importante en esta temporada y solo está en que condiciones llegan a este momento crucial para al final levantar un importante título.
