El Manchester United de Amorin, nuevamente demostró todas las falencias que ha demostrado en la temporada, aunque creo que esta vez se hizo notorio algo que pudo sorprender y es el nulo liderazgo por parte de Bruno Fernandes quien demostró una desconexión brutal lo cual significó una actuación paupérrima siendo uno de los grandes señalados por primeramente ser el capitán y jugador más importante; personalmente no entendí ciertas decisiones de Rubén con respecto al equipo titular, creo que a pesar de jugar con dos carrileros, en mi opinión fue bastante precavido al nuevamente usar de doble pivote a Casemiro junto a Bruno; posiblemente quería abrir juego por las bandas y dar protagonismo a Mason Mount, un gran error porque el jugador inglés que paso mucho tiempo inactivo en la temporada a causa de lesiones, nunca fue un apoyo en la ofensiva, su falta de creación, actitud y juego hizo que Los Diablos Rojos fueran completamente estériles.

Como dije en el principio de la publicación, esta final entre clubes ingleses será recordado como uno de los peores de la Europa League, esto lo digo por el mal desarrollo del juego y las pocas ocasiones verdaderamente peligrosas que crearon ambos equipos las cuales se numeran en tan solo 7, en dónde 6 las realizó el Manchester United y tan solo 1 el Tottenham, justamente esa ocasión significó el único gol del encuentro y qué válido un título para el club de Londres. Esta decepcionante final en mi opinión es culpa del mal accionar del Manchester United porque a pesar del mal juego que estaba realizando en la Premier League, lo sucedido en la UEL era todo lo contrario; hay que recordar que llegaron invictos a la final, con remontadas épicas, muchos goles anotados, contundencia en el juego y es que era un equipo totalmente diferente, pero al momento de enfrentar a los Spurs, pareció que recobraron la memoria y volvieron a ser uno de los peores equipos en la actual temporada del fútbol europeo y por eso perdieron por cuarta ocasión consecutiva contra otro club inglés que por razones diferentes no practicaba un buen fútbol, pero la gran diferencia estuvo en que el Tottenham contó con un entrenador que supo potenciar a sus jugadores, fortalecer una idea de juego lo cual les iba a propinar un importante título que salvaría la temporada y porque no, convertirlos en leyendas del club.
