Mi nombre es Olianny Maria jose Nucete Gutierrez tengo 24 años de edad con una hija de 3 años llamada eduarlhy, soy una persona muy activa ya que desde que me levanto realizo uno seria de estiramientos y ejercicios que me gustaría poder compartirlos con ustedes.
My name is Olianny Maria jose Nucete Gutierrez I am 24 years old with a 3 year old daughter named eduarlhy, I am a very active person because since I wake up I do a series of stretches and exercises that I would like to share with you.
Actualmente vivo en lagunillas Puerto Nuevo donde hay muchas personas activas con el deporte hay equipos de voleibol, fútbol, bolas criollas y béisbol, también hay un estadio donde la mayoría de las personas que habitan en mi comunidad salen a caminar todas las tardes y seria buena idea poder integrarlos en la comunidad.
I currently live in lagunillas Puerto Nuevo where there are many people active in sports, there are volleyball, soccer, baseball and baseball teams, there is also a stadium where most of the people who live in my community go for a walk every afternoon and it would be a good idea to integrate them into the community.
Unos de mis estiramientos que realizo todos los días y constantemente es el de estiramiento de brazos y piernas ya que así evito cualquier lesión a la hora que vaya a realizar cualquiera rutina o deporte, me encanta dibujar y realizar cualquier creatividad como por ejemplo maquetas donde diseño cancha de cualquier deporte y poder mostrarles mi creatividad.
One of my stretches that I do every day and constantly is the stretching of arms and legs because I avoid any injury when I go to perform any routine or sport, I love to draw and make any creativity such as models where I design any sport court and to show my creativity.
