Cuando la Pelu, coloca en el grupo de Whatsapp, tengo ganas de ir al Adez, para hacer algo diferente, fui el primero que levanto la mano. El Adez, es un circuito improvisado, al costado de la autopista, donde encontramos pseudo montañas, que nos permiten vivir la adrenalina de las subidas y bajadas.

En mi experiencia como ciclista, me di cuenta de que no tengo buen dominio en las partes técnicas. En realidad, son los propios miedos a caerme y lastimarme, lo que me impiden manejar con más soltura. Es por eso, que siempre se recomienda arrancar desde chico con cualquier disciplina deportiva y/o habilidad que queramos aprender, ya que de grande, como es mi caso, se complica un poco más.

Dada la cercanía a mi hogar del Adez, fui el primero en llegar, luego lo hizo José, Diego y más tarde la Pelu, Romina y Cintia. El día realmente nos acompañó y pasamos un momento tan agradable, liberándonos por un rato de nuestras rutinas cotidianas.

Me cuesta un poco organizarme en lo deportivo, ya que los burpees de todos los días me exigen mucho. Pero como esto es casi una adicción, hago hasta lo imposible para ir a rodar. Por otro lado, siento que los burpees, me ayudan en demasía a la resistencia física y sobre todo pulmonar.
