Saludos a toda la comunidad de Full Deportes, como muchos de mis lectores dentro de esta brillante comunidad, soy un amante expreso del deporte y más del béisbol. En la tarde de este sábado, cálido y soleado, visité por primera vez desde hacía meses el estadio provincial.
La historia del Capitán San Luis está llena de momentos gloriosos del béisbol en mi provincia y ha sido la casa de tantas glorias deportivas que llenaron de colorido nuestros clásico nacionales. Como fiel aficionado me senté en el palco que me corresponde como peñista del estadio, apoyando firmemente al equipo vueltabajero.
La ocasión además fue propicia para saludar a muchas personas que conozco y no veia desde hacía meses en mi última visita al coloso pinareño. Como es costumbre la grada estaba repleta de fieles aficionados que no dejan solos a los pinareños en ningún momento. A pesar de que antes del partido sabatino, los pinareños marchaban con balance negativo de 6 triunfos y 7 derrotas, no fue justificación para ausentarse al estadio.
En este partido, los pinareños salieron con todo, y colocaron en el montículo al veloz Leodan Reyes, pitcher con experiencia en la Liga de Talentos de República Dominicana y que regresó a nuestro país a defender los colores de su provincia. El partido se mantuvo apretado desde el comienzo, ya que los locales desaprovecharon oportunidades de anotar carreras y dejaron varios corredores en circulación. Sin embargo, cuando hicieron la primera carrera, todo fue más tranquilo, pero seguían fallando con hombres en posición anotadora.
El partido se abrió más a partir del quinto inning y el sexto con dos racimos de 3 carreras, y 4 más en la séptima para decretar el marcador de nocaut. Por los pinareños, su primer bate Jorge Yohan Rojas despachó jonrón por el jardín izquierdo abriendo el quinto episodio, lo que desató el alboroto de los fieles que asistieron al estadio.
El lanzador ganador Leodan Reyes tuvo una actuación hermética con 9 ponches en 7 entradas y un solo hit permitido en ese lapso, estuvo al borde del juego perfecto, pero ese hit le arruinó en parte la tarde. A pesar de esto, con cada out, el diestro vueltabajero levantó la grada con cada ponchado y recibió una cerrada ovación al terminar su actuación, muy merecido además.
Tras esta victoria, los pinareños igualan en victorias y derrotas su balance y están llamados a clasificar a la postemporada. Personalmente mi estancia en el estadio fue magnífica, me sentí súper bien, honestamente deseo mucho volver al estadio en los próximos días. A los hivers que son de mi provincia les invito a visitar el estadio cuando haya béisbol y disfruten tanto como yo.

My first visit to the Capitán San Luis Stadium in the new season.
Greetings to the entire Full Deportes community! Like many of my readers within this brilliant community, I am an avid sports lover, especially baseball. On this warm and sunny Saturday afternoon, I visited the provincial stadium for the first time in months.
The history of Capitán San Luis is filled with glorious moments of baseball in my province and has been the home to many sports legends that have added color to our national classics. As a loyal fan, I took my seat in the box designated for me as a member of the stadium's fan club, firmly supporting the Vueltabajo team.
This occasion was also a great opportunity to greet many people I know and hadn’t seen since my last visit to the Pinar colossus months ago. As is customary, the stands were packed with loyal fans who never leave the Pinar team alone. Despite the fact that before the Saturday game, the Pinar team had a negative record of 6 wins and 7 losses, that was no excuse for fans to stay away from the stadium.
In this game, the Pinar team came out strong, placing the speedy Leodan Reyes on the mound, a pitcher with experience in the Dominican Republic's Talent League who returned to our country to defend his province's colors. The game remained tight from the start, as the locals squandered opportunities to score runs and left several runners on base. However, once they scored their first run, things became more relaxed, although they continued to falter with men in scoring position.
The game opened up more starting from the fifth inning, with two bursts of 3 runs in the sixth and 4 more in the seventh to seal a knockout score. For Pinar, their leadoff hitter Jorge Yohan Rojas hit a home run to left field at the beginning of the fifth inning, which ignited a frenzy among the faithful fans in attendance.
Winning pitcher Leodan Reyes had a stellar performance with 9 strikeouts over 7 innings and allowed only one hit during that span; he was on the verge of a perfect game, but that hit somewhat spoiled his afternoon. Nevertheless, with each out, the right-handed Vueltabajo pitcher lifted the crowd with every strikeout and received a standing ovation at the end of his performance, which was well-deserved.
Following this victory, the Pinar team equalized their wins and losses and is poised to qualify for the postseason. Personally, my time at the stadium was magnificent; I felt great and honestly hope to return to the stadium in the coming days. To all my fellow fans from my province, I invite you to visit the stadium when there’s baseball and enjoy it as much as I did.
