Saludos a toda la comunidad de Full Deportes, seguimos con el accionar de la MLB, y miraba detenidamente como los equipos más fuertes han comenzado de una manera magnífica, y otros que se espera un rendimiento positivo también están cumpliendo el trabajo. Ya no quedan invictos, de hecho, estuve mirando que MLB on Fox publicó recientemente su tristeza porque ningún equipo logrará 162-0, eso es algo que en este béisbol es imposible.

Quizás esté mal de mi parte no hablar de esos nacidos en territorio norteño con raíces cubanas, y claro todos sabemos que el único país en donde sus peloteros tienen que emigrar para poder triunfar en Grandes Ligas es Cuba. No existen las restricciones que existen en países como Venezuela o Nicaragua. Y para nadie es un secreto el gran talento que tienen los beisbolistas cubanos.
Sin embargo, no se debe prescindir de esos peloteros que son nacidos en territorio de Estados Unidos, ya había hablado de eso en uno de mis posts hace meses. Los casos de Zach Neto, Sal Stewart y Nick Castellanos son los más mediáticos, aunque hay varios. Son peloteros que bien fácil pueden jugar con Cuba en el futuro si así lo desean.
Volaron las pelotas de los cubanos este lunes
Iniciando la semana, fueron 4 los jonrones conectados por peloteros nacidos en Cuba en esta jornada de lunes dentro de la MLB. De todos el más importante fue el de Miguel Vargas, el otrora hijo del estelar antesalista habanero Lázaro Vargas. Al ser colocado como primer bate de los Medias Blancas de Chicago, el capitalino conectó Grand Slam y empujó 6 carreras, en una noche divina para él, aportando en grande en la victoria de su equipo por 9-4 sobre los Marlins, quitando así el invicto al equipo del sur de la Florida.
Resaltar que Miguel Vargas, no tuvo el mejor comienzo pero ya se va afinando al bate y puede ser un bateador de confianza para su equipo. Otro que envió la pelota más allá de los límites fue Yordan Alvarez que está viviendo un regreso descomunal a la altura del gran bateador que es. El jonrón se lo conectó al zurdo venezolano Ranger Suárez en la baja de la tercera, en el partido que fue el estreno con Boston para el zurdo de la tierra de mi amigo

Otros cubanos en la jornada de lunes
El avileño Adolis García se fue de 4-2 con un doble en la derrota de los Phillies 13-2 contra Nacionales, siendo además su primer juego multihits en la temporada. Edgar Quero aún no ha pegado su primer hit de la temporada, y este lunes volvió a irse en blanco en 3 turnos, cuidado y no sea bajado a Ligas Menores o relegado a la banca. El pinero Andy Ibañez, tuvo un turno de emergente en la derrota de los Atléticos por 4-0 contra Bravos de Atlanta.
En ese mismo choque, el también pinero Raisel Iglesias lanzó una entrada inmaculada por los Bravos. El mayabequense Jorge Soler se fue de 4-1 con una carrera anotada precisamente en el turno en el que Moncada había pegado jonrón, se espera más del cuarto madero de los Angelinos. El avileño Luis Robert Jr tuvo solo un turno al bate y falló en la victoria de los Mets por 4-2 frente a Cardenales, los Mets están para cosa grande.
