Many of us when starting to do exercises at home we do it in an improper way since many times we turn on our TV and what we do is look at the person who performs the exercise, when in reality we must is to look at the correct way to do the exercise. exercise.
A correct way to perform an exercise is to stand in front of the mirror in the case of lifting weights and look at the movement of the entire course of the exercise, to see if we are not doing it wrong. All the muscles in our body have a very different range of motion, and if we exceed that range we would be causing damage to that muscle without realizing it.
Por esta razón a la hora de comenzar a entrenar o realizar un ejercicio debemos estar consciente de los músculos involucrados en el movimiento, para no ocasionar un daño a nuestros músculos a futuro, es por esto que las personas que han realizado algún ejercicio en su juventud al llegar a la etapa de adulto mayor comienzan a experimentar dolencias en u cuerpo y no tienen ideas de esas dolencias.
For this reason, when starting to train or perform an exercise, we must be aware of the muscles involved in the movement, so as not to cause damage to our muscles in the future, that is why people who have done some exercise in their youth When they reach the stage of older adulthood they begin to experience ailments in their body and have no ideas of those ailments.
For this reason my recommendation is if we want to start a training program to lose weight we must be in the hands of experts who guide us and correct us when we perform the exercises and thus correct both our movement and our posture.
