Pero seamos sinceros: en el deporte, como en la vida, quienes luchan más y mejor por alcanzar un objetivo deben ser premiados. En esta ocasión, no merecimos estar en la segunda ronda o en los llamados cuartos de final. Fin de la historia.

· Los peloteros líderes del equipo no lograron cumplir su papel y, por tanto, no contribuyeron a la causa del equipo.
· Mala dirección del equipo en el juego contra Canadá. Mi fundamento se basa en que se debía aspirar a ganar con las armas que se tenían, que eran el pitcheo y la defensa. Se intentó cambiar eso por jugadores supuestamente más ofensivos, pero lo que ocurrió fue un desastre total.
