HAVE YOU EVER THOUGHT ABOUT WHAT YOUR MOST IMPORTANT KNOWLEDGE IS?

Just yesterday, I was mentioned in a post by Hive account@merit.ahama and when I finished reading the post, it was a contest she was inviting me to join which was normal. The first thing was that the community was a new community so I was surprised at first as to what the community stands for, I did well to read the description of the community and just as the community name Unity Toward Freedom, it's a community that is focused on bringing out what unites us as humans and also a part of nature together.

Looking forward, I also went on to see what the contest was all about and I was perplex for some seconds, turned into minutes and even hours by the question asked. All my life to be sincere I've never thought of sure a question and seeing it yesterday, it made me think about what my answer would be. The question asked was "WHAT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT KNOWLEDGE TO YOU?" Yes that's the question and I was kind of finding it hard to chose a particular thing as my answer.

Well, after sleeping over it, I thought of different knowledge that I have gained over the years and only one seems really valuable to me and that is the knowledge of the gospel of Christ, which Paul says is the power to God unto salvation to everyone that believes - Roman 1:16. The truth is, no matter how important other knowledge might be, the only one that will stand the test of time is the knowledge I have of Christ and his words. Studying the words of Christ has helped me realize so many things that has helped me in acquiring other knowledge as well because there is nothing that Christ does not teach in his words, so knowing his words has helped me also in knowing so many other things and how to go about them.

Knowledge they say it's power, the reason why people tend to respect you even though you are not a professor, a president, a king or the richest person is because of the knowledge you have. I don't have so much knowledge like so many people here and even in the real world but when it comes to the knowledge of the gospel of Christ, I always give my best to make sure I learn all I can about it because that's the only way I can save a soul to Christ and that is the major duty I have on earth. Sometimes I don't get too sad when I see that I'm the dullest when it comes to the knowledge of this world because I know that it will be irrelevant when I die but I always give very good attention to learning the words of Christ because that is what God is going to judge the world with at the end of time.

So far, I've learned a lot of interesting things about the words of Christ that it would be really hard for anyone to just accept it even when they read it from the scriptures and that's because they are no longer hungry for the truth just as the Bible has already said in the book of Romans 16:17. Having the knowledge of Christ and his words is the most easiest knowledge to acquire but not all are willing to accept it as the truth because they are confused by they interpretation they choose to give to it. I have been opportuned to have a little understanding of the words of Christ and I'm willing to learn more, so I can also share with you all.

IN CONCLUSION

The most important knowledge to me is the words of Christ and the only place I can get that knowledge first hand is from the Bible, the New testament to be precise. The knowledge I've acquired from the Bible has helped me to understand a lot of things that is going on around me and it has helped me to be both foolish to the world and wise to those that share the same knowledge.
