Welcome to my blog, guys. I've been wanting to write about why I haven't been active on Hive for the past three days or so. Last Saturday, I went to school. ,i kind of woke up late that day, and I did all I usually do to prepare myself for school. I was fine when I left the house that morning, and I took a bike to the bus stop, where I could take a bus to take to school. However, once I boarded the car to take me to school and it began to move, I began to feel a bit woozy. I assumed this was because I hadn't eaten anything that morning, so when I got off the bus, I went to a store to buy food.
I wasn't feeling well and had a fever, so I sat down somewhere in the school and ate my food. After eating, I rested for about 20 minutes before walking to class.
When i was in class, i felt okay and was happy listening to the lecturer, even after class, I was okay, and then it was time to go home,
On my way home, the dizziness and profuse sweating returned, and I felt an instant headache. The headache lasted about 5 days, and I still get a few of them now and then. I went to a pharmacist and explained my situation, and it was he who told me about MOTION SICKESS, which I had never heard of before. I also explained that looking at my phone from a distance makes me dizzy, and he recommended that I see an eye specialist to be treated and hopefully get glasses to stop
Like many others, I'm curious: what exactly is motion sickness?
Being nauseous while traveling by automobile, boat, plane, or train is known as motion sickness.
Just like how i felt, and i also know a little boy in church who also has this symptoms, how can this sickness be treated?
Reduce motion by sitting in the front seat of a car or in the central of a boat.
Look ahead at a fixed location, as in the horizon.
If possible, have some fresh air by opening a car window.
Close your eyes and breathe slowly while focusing on your breathing
Distract children by talking, listening to music or singing songs
Break up long journeys to get some fresh air, drink water or take a walk
Try ginger, which you can take as a tablet, biscuit or tea
HERE'S WHAT YOU SHOULDN'T DO
Don't read, watch movies, or use devices
Avoid looking at moving objects like passing cars
Eat no heavy meals, spicy foods, or alcohol before or during travel.

I believe this point I brought up here will be useful for someone. It worked for me, and it didn't do much; I just rested and reduced my screen time while waiting to see an eye specialist.
