Tenemos años pensando en cómo atraer a las masas a Hive. Incluso hemos debatido en este espacio, si realmente queremos atraer a esas masas o si ellas están preparadas para esta tecnología. Pienso que se pueden tener estrategias focalizadas en nichos específicos, donde obtengamos mayor compromiso y tengamos un gran crecimiento.

We have years of thinking about how to attract the masses to Hive. We have even debated in this space, if we really want to attract those masses or if they are ready for this technology. I think you can have focused strategies in specific niches, where we get more engagement and have great growth.

I have already talked a lot about how web2 influencers could leverage their business model in Hive However there are some "influencers" that nobody talks about; the Facebook group administrators.
On Facebook we can easily find groups with hundreds of thousands of members. The administrators of these groups have several ways to monetize, however their influence is limited by Facebook.
Los grupos en esa red social, funcionan como las comunidades en Hive, aunque tenemos la principal gran diferencia como lo es; la propiedad. En Hive, esos administradores tienen todo el control de su comunidad. Nadie los puede eliminar, ni eliminar la comunidad. También tienen el beneficio de poder crear un ecosistema económico para monetizar, incluidos todos los miembros. Pueden crear su propio token y definir su utilidad y todos los parámetros.
The groups in this social network, work like the communities in Hive, although we have the main big difference as it is; ownership. In Hive, these administrators have full control of their community. No one can delete them or the community. They also have the benefit of being able to create an economic ecosystem to monetize, including all members. They can create their own token and define its utility and all parameters.
Estrategia.
Elegiría a 5 grupos de Facebook de nichos específicos que puedan tener mucho potencial creando contenido. Por ejemplo de Diseño Gráfico, que no me explico por qué no tenemos en Hive. Un grupo con más de 100K miembros que cree una comunidad aquí en Hive y que traiga al 10% sería increíble.
Para esto daría 100K HBD a cada comunidad. Haría un concurso. Elegiría a cinco de los mayores grupos de Facebook por cada nicho y me quedaría con el que muestre la mejor estrategia de uso de esos 100K HBD.
Strategy.
I would choose 5 Facebook groups of specific niches that can have a lot of potential creating content. For example Graphic Design, which I can't explain why we don't have on Hive. A group with 100K+ members creating a community here on Hive and bringing in 10% would be awesome.
For this I would give 100K HBD to each community. I would have a contest. I would pick five of the biggest Facebook groups for each niche and keep the one that shows the best strategy for using that 100K HBD.
Me sobrarían 500K HBD que usaría para comprar Hive y convertir en HP. Eso sería 1.800.000 HP, nada mal para votar y apoyar a esas nuevas comunidades.
Pienso que esta estrategia se puede realizar a menor escala y sin necesidad de gran capital. De hecho, las primeras personas que traje a esta blockchain en el año 2017, fue por publicaciones que hacía en los grupos de Facebook. Seguramente haré otro post con más detalle para las comunidades ya establecidas en Hive.
I would have 500K HBD left over that I would use to buy Hive and convert to HP. That would be 1,800,000 HP, not bad for voting and supporting those new communities.
I think this strategy can be done on a smaller scale and without the need for large capital. In fact, the first people I brought to this blockchain in 2017, it was because of posts I was making in Facebook groups. I will surely make another post with more detail for communities already established on Hive.
