Llegar, plantar y permanecer
No puedo olvidar aquel 7 de diciembre del 2024, el día en que hice mi presentación guiada por 
Me instalé en Hive con la certeza de haber encontrado mi hogar digital. Esta blockchain no es solo prometedora por su tecnología rápida y descentralizada, sino por su alma.
Como mujer creadora, aquí no soy una intrusa. Mi voz cuenta, mi contenido es valorado y recompensado de forma tangible. La gobernanza es comunitaria, horizontal; siento que pertenezco a un ecosistema que construimos entre todos. Por eso elijo quedarme.
Hay momentos en que siento que me puedo repetir. Los días que componen nuestra vida también son parte de rutinas, nos repetimos. También aprendí que el mismo tema puede tratarse desde diferentes perspectivas.
He escrito más de 360 textos. Traía cierta destreza cultivada en otras redes. #Hive se ajusta a mis expectativas y por ello me mantengo activa.
Aprendí que la verdadera libertad en Hive no nace de permitirlo todo, porque los de la isla traemos ansias de espacios sin censura. Aquí no hay censura, pero he percibido que la política y la religión no son bienvenidas en este espacio. No por miedo, sino por convicción profunda. He visto cómo estos temas, tan legítimos en otros ámbitos, construyen muros donde deberíamos tender puentes.
Mi deseo es cultivar un territorio donde el debate nazca de ideas, no de dogmas o banderas. Este es un refugio de creación, paz y amor. Aquí nos unimos, no nos dividimos. Esa es mi elección más firme.
Muchos de mis amigos han perdido el interés. No recibir la remuneración por sus valiosos textos genera decepción. Desde el punto de vista económico me ha brindado un sostén; he recibido excelentes votaciones como también he recibido bajas. Pero mis votaciones, comentarios y publicaciones diarias siempre aportan.
La responsabilidad ante la comunidad #Greennzone, con la acogida de cientos de hivers, y en coadministración con
Crear esta comunidad en Hive fue plantar una semilla. Ahora, como coautora, riego ese jardín digital cada día. Mi responsabilidad es enorme: moderar debates con empatía, tejer un entramado de normas claras y justas, y sobre todo, escuchar. Aquí no hay jerarquías, sino un compromiso compartido con los colaboradores.
Mi rol como coadministradora es facilitar; iluminar a los demás. Curar contenidos, mediar conflictos, celebrar logros ajenos... es un trabajo de amor y paciencia. Permanecer en Hive es servir a un ecosistema que, espero, florezca mucho más allá de mí. Es mi huella en la blockchain.
En Hive no solo vislumbro el futuro de la web, sino un espacio donde mi presencia, hoy, tiene peso y futuro.

Arrive, Plant, and Remain
I cannot forget that December 7th, 2024, the day I made my introduction guided by
I settled on Hive with the certainty of having found my digital home. This blockchain is promising not only for its fast, decentralized technology but for its soul.
As a female creator, I am not an intruder here. My voice counts, my content is valued and rewarded in a tangible way. The governance is communal, horizontal; I feel I belong to an ecosystem we build together. That is why I choose to stay.
There are moments when I feel I might repeat myself. The days that make up our lives are also part of routines; we repeat ourselves. I also learned that the same topic can be approached from different perspectives.
I have written over 360 texts. I brought a certain skill cultivated on other networks. #Hive meets my expectations and that is why I remain active.
I learned that true freedom on Hive is not born from allowing everything, because we from the island come with a longing for spaces without censorship. Here there is no censorship, but I have perceived that politics and religion are not welcome in this space. Not out of fear, but out of deep conviction. I have seen how these topics, so legitimate in other arenas, build walls where we should build bridges.
My desire is to cultivate a territory where debate is born from ideas, not from dogmas or flags. This is a refuge for creation, peace, and love. Here we unite, we do not divide. That is my firmest choice.
Many of my friends have lost interest. Not receiving remuneration for their valuable texts generates disappointment. From an economic point of view, it has provided me with support; I have received excellent votes as well as low ones. But my votes, comments, and daily publications always contribute.

Creating this community on Hive was planting a seed. Now, as a co-author, I water that digital garden every day. My responsibility is enormous: moderating debates with empathy, weaving a framework of clear and fair rules, and above all, listening. Here there are no hierarchies, but a shared commitment with the collaborators.
My role as a co-administrator is to facilitate; to illuminate others. Curating content, mediating conflicts, celebrating others' achievements... it is a work of love and patience. Remaining on Hive is serving an ecosystem that, I hope, will flourish far beyond me. It is my footprint on the blockchain.
On Hive, I not only glimpse the future of the web but a space where my presence, today, has weight and a future.
