Estamos en fechas muy especiales ya que nuestra amada #blockchain de #Hive está cumpliendo un año. Por estas fechas pero del año pasado, con el auge de la pandemia y el mundo comenzando a sumergirse en una situación que jamás esperó nuestra plataforma comenzaba a surgir y de qué manera.
We are in very special dates as our beloved #Hive #blockchain is turning one year old. Around this time last year, with the rise of the pandemic and the world beginning to plunge into a situation it never expected our platform was beginning to emerge and in what a way.
Mucho se ha hablado de todo lo que conllevó la pandemia durante el 2020 pero existen historias individuales que contradicen el sentido negativo de todo lo que ha venido pasando; el surgimiento de #Hive como una plataforma descentralizada fue uno de esos testimonios de bendita floración durante aquella primavera de hace solo un año.
Como todo génesis el nacimiento de #Hive no estuvo ajeno a circunstancias especiales, es correcto decir que nuestra colmena nació en medio de un panorama mundial un tanto inquietante pues la pandemia ganaba terreno, la economía mundial se tambaleaba y las personas se refugiaban en sus hogares, ante tal escenario muchos acudieron a las redes sociales en las que por cierto desde hacía un tiempo venía ganando terreno la “cultura de la censura”.
Much has been said about all that the pandemic entailed during 2020 but there are individual stories that contradict the negative sense of all that has been happening; the emergence of #Hive as a decentralized platform was one of those testimonies of blessed flowering during that spring just a year ago.
As any genesis the birth of #Hive was not alien to special circumstances, it is correct to say that our hive was born in the midst of a somewhat disturbing global scenario as the pandemic was gaining ground, the global economy was faltering and people were taking refuge in their homes, in such a scenario many turned to social networks in which by the way for some time had been gaining ground the "culture of censorship".
Si a eso le sumamos llamémoslo así, “la centralización u apoderamiento de la antigua blockchain” que podría ser catalogada como el némesis de #Hive y donde hacían vida la mayoría de los usuarios que hoy integramos nuestra plataforma, entonces el escenario no se perfilaba como nada favorable para el surgimiento de una nueva plataforma destinada a la creación de contenido monetizado, sin embargo y contra todo pronóstico #Hive lo logró.
Desde ese mismo instante esta plataforma y sus usuarios le han dado un vuelco a la forma como antes se hacían las cosas, cambiando los paradigmas y haciendo de la creación de contenido más que un pasatiempo una forma de vida. Con #Hive muchas cosas cambiaron en este ámbito convirtiéndose en referencia para otras plataformas que comienzan a surgir e incluso para unas que cuentan con gran trayectoria, si esto pasa así es gracias a todos, absolutamente todos los que formamos parte de la colmena pues cada uno aporta diversidad pero sobretodo cualidad a esta gran colmena.
En tan solo un año #Hive nos ha cambiado la vida a muchos; durante los meses duros de pandemia fue el lugar donde nos refugiamos y drenamos toda esa energía contenido en forma de contenido; lo que vino después fue su consolidación como plataforma y el auge tanto de esta como de sus usuarios.
If we add to that, "the centralization or takeover of the old blockchain" which could be classified as the nemesis of #Hive and where most of the users that today make up our platform lived, then the scenario was not profiled as anything favorable for the emergence of a new platform for the creation of monetized content, however and against all odds #Hive succeeded.
From that very moment this platform and its users have turned around the way things were done before, changing paradigms and making content creation more than a hobby, a way of life. With #Hive many things changed in this area becoming a reference for other platforms that are beginning to emerge and even for some that have great trajectory, if this happens this way it is thanks to all, absolutely all of us who are part of the hive because each one brings diversity but above all quality to this great hive.
In just one year #Hive has changed the lives of many of us; during the hard months of the pandemic it was the place where we took refuge and drained all that energy in the form of content; what came later was its consolidation as a platform and the rise of both the platform and its users.
Nunca me canso de repetir que #Hive no es una simple comunidad de creadores de contenido monetizado, es más que eso, mucho más; la puesta en marcha por parte de sus usuarios de un gran evento como lo fue el #HiveMeetUp es muestra de ello, no es sencillo lograr reunir a multitud de usuarios de una misma plataforma y de una manera tan exitosa como ocurrió con este evento, eso solo pasa con grandes plataformas sociales con años de trayectoria. Lo que ocurrió durante este fin de semana es un hito y también una muestra de lo que #Hive y sus usuarios somos capaces de hacer.
Desde el inicio el #HiveMeetUp obtuvo mucha receptividad pues así somos en #Hive, lo que ocurrió en el evento fue simplemente genial; la mayor comunidad de usuarios de habla hispana e incluso de otros idiomas estuvo reunida por dos días compartiendo anécdotas sobre su estancia en la plataforma, dando avances de los nuevos proyectos que vienen para esta colmena, aportando ideas y creando alianzas, el resultado fue todo un éxito ya que la convocatoria fue multitudinaria pero acorde a los tiempos que vivimos.
I never tire of repeating that #Hive is not a simple community of creators of monetized content, it is more than that, much more; the implementation by its users of a great event as was the #HiveMeetUp is proof of this, it is not easy to bring together a multitude of users of the same platform and in such a successful way as happened with this event, that only happens with large social platforms with years of experience. What happened during this weekend is a milestone and also a sample of what #Hive and its users are capable of doing.
From the beginning the #HiveMeetUp got a lot of receptivity because that's how we are in #Hive, what happened at the event was simply great; the largest community of Spanish-speaking users and even from other languages was gathered for two days sharing anecdotes about their stay on the platform, giving advances of the new projects coming for this hive, contributing ideas and creating alliances, the result was a success because the call was massive but according to the times we live in.
Personalmente creo que todo lo ha ocurrido durante este año es increíble y meritorio pero no me queda ninguna duda de que lo que vendrá a continuación lo será aún más… Sé que llegará el momento donde #Hive se convierta en la referencia obligada de quienes quieran crear contenido, esta plataforma tiene muchos atractivos y el gran trabajo que se realiza desde ella poco a poco se ha ido ganando la admiración de muchos.
Aún nos quedan muchas cosas por hacer pero eso no es impedimento para seguir creciendo y llevando a #Hive hasta la cima donde debe estar, los miembros de esta comunidad somos persistentes y seguiremos trabajando para que así sea haciendo lo que mejor sabemos hacer, crear contenido de calidad, marcando la pauta en este sentido y cambiando los paradigmas que pudieran estar establecidos, somos irreverentes, somos geniales, así somos los #Hivers.
Personally I think that everything that has happened during this year is incredible and meritorious but I have no doubt that what will come next will be even more so... I know that the time will come where #Hive will become the obligatory reference for those who want to create content, this platform has many attractions and the great work that is done from it has gradually been gaining the admiration of many.
We still have many things to do but that is not an impediment to continue growing and taking #Hive to the top where it should be, the members of this community are persistent and we will continue working to make it so by doing what we do best, creating quality content, setting the standard in this regard and changing the paradigms that may be established, we are irreverent, we are great, so are the #Hivers.
