I'm not getting the love

I have a question about SBI and getting the votes.

When I look at the status on my Peakd wallet I get numbers like 2 or 3 for my next vote.

But when I actually post something I will get less that 1, like this one.

When you add all those Hive account@steembasicincome accounts together you don't get near what I'm expecting.

what am I missing?

Am I going to get 7$ for this post?

And was is 7 $, is that 7 hive, $7 USD when converted from hive, etc?

I thought I had it figured out, but even when I'm consistent posting daily my rshares balance seems to keep going up.
