TABLETOP - Zombicide Mission 1 kicks our butts! Why you can't do th...

So it is holidays and we had some time. Hive account@merenludick really wanted to play Zombicide and so we dusted it off and I started reading the rules, because I had not played it in forever!

After about 20mins of rule reading we tried out the Tutorial mission and polished it off easily.

Hive account@merenludick played as Josh, the street thug.
Hive account@aimeludick played as Amy, the goth girl.
Hive account@matthew-williams played as Phil, the cop.
And I played as Doug, the officer worker.

All survivors in a zombie apocalypse! My office printer was the first casualty in the bedlam that ensued.

Playing missing 1 without the usual 6 character, we lack Ned, the crazy prepper and Wanda, the roller skate waitress.

And man... we got swamped. Without the extra players we did not have the searching power to find the parts to make the molotov cocktail and deal with the Abomination early so we got bogged down and leveled up and thus the game got harder.

Then we did not have the weaponry to deal with wave after wave of zombies!

It was a lot of fun though and it took us around 2 or 3 hours to play. The kids loved it.

I am sure we will be playing soon again!
