Hola queridos amigos de Hive y de esta maravillosa comunidad de Jewelry, espero se encuentren bien y que hayan tenido un buen día. Hoy les quiero compartir mi iniciativa para el concurso de accesorios hechos con botones, se trata de un sencillo dije hecho con dichos botones. Tengo que confesar que apenas vi esta iniciativa empecé a pensar que tipo de botones usaría, hay de tantas formas, tamaños y colores que se puede hacer cualquier cosa con ellos, así que primero fui a ver qué tenía mi abuela guardado para usar, como me imaginé tenía de varios tipos y formas pero me decidí por los botones más sencillos que había pero de diferentes tamaños, además me encontré entre los tesoros de mi abuela un hermoso dije pequeño de una piedra rosada que no se ha utilizado en bastantes años y quise darle una nueva vida porque me encantó. Espero que les guste, a mi me encantó porque puede ser usado en cualquier momento, es un dije casual que combina con todo.
Materiales:
📿 5cm de cadena
📿9 Botones blancos de diferentes tamaños
📿1 botón mediano color rosado
📿Dije de piedra rosada
📿8 Argollas Medianas
📿3 Argollas Grandes
📿Cadena para colocar el dije
📿Pinza de joyería
Procedimiento
Primeramente vamos a usar los 5cm de cadena, en un extremo colocamos una argolla (dónde va insertada la cadena) y en el otro extremo agregamos el dije de piedra con ayuda de la pinza de joyería.
Ahora vamos con el paso que tarda más tiempo que es colocar en cada botón una argolla, para esto vamos a abrir la argolla con ayuda de una pinza, pasamos la argolla por uno de los agujeros que tiene uno de los botones y volvemos a cerrar la argolla con la pinza de joyería. Hacemos esto con todos los botones, tengan dos o cuatro agujeros en el centro. A los botones medianos y pequeños se le coloca las argollas medianas y a los botones grandes se le colocan las argollas grandes.
Luego vamos ir abriendo cada una de las argollas y las vamos a colocar en los eslabones de la cadena de 5cm. En el extremo superior (donde colocamos la argolla en el paso 1) vamos a ir insertando los botones grandes, luego los medianos y por último los pequeños dejando uno o dos eslabones libres entre cada uno de los botones. Y tenemos listo el dije.
Para terminar insertamos la cadena en la argolla del paso 1 y tenemos listo un nuevo y original collar para estrenar.

Today I want to share with you my initiative for the contest of accessories made with buttons, it is a simple charm made with these buttons. I have to confess that as soon as I saw this initiative I started to think what kind of buttons I would use, there are so many shapes, sizes and colors that you can do anything with them, so first I went to see what my grandmother had saved to use, as I imagined she had several types and shapes but I decided for the simplest buttons that were there but of different sizes, I also found among my grandmother’s treasures a beautiful small pendant of a pink stone that has not been used in many years and I wanted to give it a new life because I loved it. I hope you like it, I loved it because it can be used at any time, it is a casual charm that combines with everything.
Materials:
📿 5cm of chain.
📿9 white buttons of different sizes.
📿1 medium pink button.

📿8 Medium hoop earrings
📿3 Large hoops

Procedure
First we are going to use the 5cm of chain, at one end we place a ring (where the chain will be inserted) and at the other end we add the stone pendant with the help of the jewelry pliers.
Now let’s go with the step that takes more time which is to place in each button a ring, for this we are going to open the ring with the help of pliers, we pass the ring through one of the holes that has one of the buttons and close the ring with the jewelry pliers. We do this with all the buttons, whether they have two or four holes in the center. The medium and small buttons are fitted with the medium rings and the large buttons are fitted with the large rings.
Then we are going to open each of the rings and we are going to place them on the links of the 5cm chain. At the top end (where we placed the ring in step 1) we are going to insert the large buttons, then the medium ones and finally the small ones leaving one or two free links between each of the buttons. And we have the pendant ready.
To finish we insert the chain in the ring of step 1 and we have ready a new and original necklace to use for the first time.
