Still on the 7th day of the month of March and I say good health and more knowledge to your jewelry making. Today, I made a cross bracelet for my little daughter. The cross bracelet I made for my daughter was a result of a neighbor. I have a neighbor who used to carry my little daughter whenever he comes to my house. My neighbor used to wear a cross necklace known as a chaplet and whenever the man carry my daughter, my daughter used to touch the cross chaplet worn by my neighbor.
Since I noticed the love for my neighbor's chaplet by my little daughter. I was baffled and never wanted my daughter to be crying all the time because of the chaplet. The truth is that my daughter used to cry over the chaplet whenever my neighbor want to go back to his house and never wanted that. My neighbor even promised to buy my daughter a chaplet but I didn't want him to spend his money over what I can equally make. This is how I was able to come up with the idea to make a cross bracelet for my daughter even if not purely a neck chaplet like my neighbor's own.
When I concluded to make a cross bracelet for my daughter, I was actually contemplating the materials to use since I needed a cross to be drawing my little daughter's attention. I want my little daughter to totally forget about my neighbor's neck chaplet whenever he may enter my house. In order to get the cross and other materials to be used from the market, I have to visit my bead customer. When I meet him in the market, he told me that he had only old materials which means that the ones I was to get from him were not in his shop. I have to go and come back after two days to my customer's bead material shop. I was happy that my customer later provided me with cross materials the second day I visited. This was how I acquired the materials used to make the cross bracelet for my daughter.
Materials used in making the cross bracelet have to be mentioned below:
1mm fishing line.
4 pieces of a wooden cross, 1 big and 3 small.
8 pieces of white pearl bead.
8 pieces of wooden pearl beads.
Cutter.
Procedures used in making the cross bracelet will carefully be discussed below:
It's better that we start with the cutting of the fishing line to be used. After measuring out the fishing line to be used, we have to insert 1 piece of white pearl bead, 1 piece of wooden pearl bead, 1 big wooden cross, 1 piece of wooden pearl bead, and 1 piece of white pearl bead into the fishing line.
Since we have achieved the first phase of bead insertion, we have to insert another 1 piece of white pearl bead, 1 piece of wooden pearl bead, 1 piece of a small wooden cross, 1 piece of wooden pearl bead, and 1 piece of white pearl bead.
In order to insert another cross, we have to insert 1 piece of white pearl bead, 1 piece of wooden pearl bead, 1 piece of a small wooden cross, 1 piece of wooden pearl bead, and 1 piece of white pearl bead.
Finally, we have to insert another 1 piece of white pearl bead, 1 piece of wooden pearl bead, 1 piece of a small wooden cross, 1 piece of wooden pearl bead, and one piece of white pearl bead.
We can now tie the mouth of the fishing lines and use a cuter to dress.
