Are you one of those people who, instead of throwing away their old things, give them a new color and create something new?
I don't know about you, but I'm definitely the type of person who, when I see an old thing that's of no use, tries to put it to some use.
Today my sister threw away the camera lens caps from her mobile phone. Seeing those caps, a genius idea came to my mind. I didn't want to throw them away, so I used them in something that I can use on any occasion.
This looks like a very easy DIY, but it took me a long time to think about what I could do with these old camera lens caps. I thought of many ideas, like making a pendant or something that I could use somewhere, but they were just basic lens caps and it's not possible make something very useful out of this. But luckily i got the idea of making bracelets using these lens caps.
I made two bracelets from these lens caps and was going to make a third one too, but I didn't know what color to make it in yet, so I let it sit for now.
So let's move towards the step by step Procedure...,
Procedure
I have started from collecting the materials, first i was thinking to use only golden beads instead of colorful beads but later i have changed my mind and used the colors from our Eid outfits.
I have used pearl beads, multi colored glass beads, jumprings, bracelet hooks, and plastic wire for making these bracelets.
First i have attached the wire to the lens caps from both sides by adding a knot on it.
Then i have started inserting beads to the thread. First i have inserted golden beads and then the pearl beads.
By repeating the same steps i have completed one side and attached the bracelet hook at the end and cuts the extra wire.
Then i have moved towards the other side, i have reapeated the same process on the other side too.
After inserting the beads i have attached the jumpring and then attached the chain to it. For making it more attractive i have attached jumpring with bead at the end of chain.
Then i have started making the other one with the same procedure...,

That's it for today will be back with another exciting idea soon bye bye 😁 👋
