Greetings to everyone in this community where so much talent is gathered and where so many beautiful creations are presented. To join the tribute for your anniversary I have decided to participate in your contest inspired by spring and whose main theme is flowers.
Un saludo a todos en esta comunidad donde hay tanto talento reunido y donde se presentan tantas creaciones hermosas. Para unirme al homenaje por su aniversario he decidido participar en su Concurso inspirado en la primavera y que tiene como tema principal las flores.
Flowers have always been the subject of great inspirations, they are widely used in jewelry and crafts in general because they are ornaments that bring beauty and freshness to any creation. This time I wanted to decorate a headband of my little girl's hair that she doesn't wear much because she says she doesn't find it cute, and because it is very simple and it has no ornaments, so I chose to put a flower on it to make it look much more beautiful and delicate in her hair.
Las flores han sido siempre tema de grandes inspiraciones, son muy utilizadas en la joyería y las artesanías en general ya que son adornos que aportan belleza y frescura a cualquier creación. Esta vez quise decorar un cintillo de pelo de mi niña que no usa mucho porque dice que no lo encuentra bonito, y porque es muy sencillo y no tiene ningún adorno, por lo que escogí colocarle una flor para que luciera mucho más hermoso y se viera delicado en su cabello.
I was inspired by this way of creating the flower because it requires few materials, is very simple to make and the end result looks very nice.
Me inspiré en esta manera de crear la flor porque requiere pocos materiales, es muy sencilla de realizar y el resultado final luce muy bonito.

Los materiales utilizados fueron:
- Hilo de lana color rosado 🧶

The measure I used for the length of the thread was 30 cm, although it can vary depending on the size you want to make the flower. With that measurement, I separated portions of yarn until there were eighteen, then I cut them at both ends, leaving the strands separated from the yarn roll.
La medida que utilicé para el largo del hilo fue de 30 cm, aunque puede variar dependiendo del tamaño que quieran hacer la flor. Con esa medida, fui separando porciones de hilo hasta que fueran dieciocho, después las corté por ambos extremos quedando las hebras separadas del rollo de hilo.
I then tied them at one end and separated the strands into sets of six to weave them into a braid. When finished, I tied the other end. This was the result.
A continuación, las até por uno de los extremos y separé las hebras en conjuntos de seis para tejer con ellas una trenza. Al terminarla, até el otro extremo. Este fue el resultado.
Here I had half of the work completed. The next step was to roll the braid in such a way that the ends were underneath, and then fix it and sew it with thread and needle on one of the sides, thus forming the flower, with the beautiful texture that the braiding gives it.
Ya aquí tenía la mitad del trabajo completado. Lo próximo fue enrollar la trenza de tal manera que los extremos quedaran debajo, para después fijarla y coserla con hilo y aguja por uno de los lados, quedando así conformada la flor, con la bonita textura que le da el trenzado.
The last thing was to add some beads in the center to make it look much prettier, and finally I placed it on the headband, and the change was remarkable. I decided to tie the flower to the headband with thread of the same color, although it can also be glued (in my case I didn't have the right glue).
Lo último fue agregarle unas cuentas en el centro para que luciera mucho más bonita, y finalmente la coloqué en el cintillo, y el cambio fue notable. Me decidí por atar la flor al cintillo con hilo del mismo color, aunque también se puede pegar (en mi caso no tenía el pegamento adecuado).
Now it looks very beautiful in my little girl's hair, and she told me that now she is going to start using it because she already likes it 😄🌺💮. Although I use only one color of yarn, you can make it combining several colors, or smaller or bigger size, add more decorations, just get carried away by inspiration.
Ahora luce muy hermoso en el cabello de mi niña, y ella me dijo que ahora sí lo va a empezar a usar que ya le gusta 😄🌺💮. Aunque yo utilice un solo color de hilo, se puede hacer combinando varios colores, o de menor o mayor tamaño, agregarle más decoraciones, solo dejarse llevar por la inspiración.
