A continuación los pasos a seguir:
Iniciaremos tomando una alambre no importa el tamaño y comenzaremos a introducir mostacillas de todos colores , utilicé diferentes colores porque es una temporada de diferentes colores y fantasías , utilicé aproximadamente unos 15 centímetros, con el fin de que sobre alambre para hacer los aretes

De esta manera debe quedar la combinación de nuestras argollas,varios colores entremetidos como lo puede apreciar, cuando se encuentren listo vamos a tomar ambas puntas sobrantes y enrollamos punta con punta hasta formar un círculo que será el aro de nuestras argollas como pueden ver no hay una combinación fija , solo varios colores

Luego continuaremos marcando con un palito de altura dos máscaras de carnaval, procedemos recortando con la ayuda de una tijera. En la parte del centro vamos a realizar dos agujeros que es donde van ubicados los ojos siempre

Amigos Luego recortaremos cuatro plumas , dos amarillas y dos rojas escarchadas , vamos a pegar de dos en dos , es decir una roja y una amarilla como lo pueden apreciar

Seguidamente vamos a continuar pegando las plumas en todo el centro de la máscara de carnaval

Para culminar con la decoración vamos a tomar los flecos y los llegaremos en la parte de abajo de la máscara , en todo el centro específicamente

Una vez listo el diseño de nuestras argollas, vamos a continuar tomando los zarcillos y con el alambre sobrante vamos a presionarlo y colocarlo para lucir nuestros argollas carnavaleras
