Now, all that joy has activated my creativity in a special way. I think that's how those of us with that creative streak are. Any occasion or event inspires us and this time, the idea came to create a beautiful swan with sweet wire and rhinestones. I will use it as a necklace ornament. It could be a pin, but for now I couldn't find a way to attach a hook. Besides the one I have available lacks any appeal and does not add anything favorable to the ornate swan.

Ahora, toda esa alegría ha activado mi creatividad de forma especial. Creo que así somos los que tenemos esa vena creativa. Cualquier ocasión o evento nos inspira y está vez, vino la idea de crear un bonito cisne con alambre dulce y pedrería. Lo usaré como un adorno para collar. Podría ser un prendedor, pero por ahora no pude encontrar la manera para colocar un gancho. Además que el que tengo disponible carece de todo atractivo y no le aporta nada favorable al adornado cisne.

First design a swan silhouette. A simple one. Something that I could easily follow with wire and I felt that one that was in a single line was ideal. I searched the internet for a few, but finally made one that would fit my needs. After I had the sketch I chose the stones and ended up choosing in different shades of green, in the same color palette. White would have been perfect, but I didn't have too many variations of white, I still decided to include some.

Primero diseñe una silueta de cisne. Una sencilla. Algo que pudiera seguir con facilidad con el alambre y me pareció que una que fuera en una sola línea era la ideal. Busqué en internet algunas, pero finalmente hice una que se ajustará a mis necesidades. Después que tuve el boceto elegí las piedras y terminé eligiendo en diferentes tonos de verde, en la misma paleta de colores. Blanco habría sido perfecto, pero no tenía demasiadas variaciones de blanco, aún así decidí incluir algunas.

With a tweezers we made a bend in one end of the wire, this will prevent the stones from coming off. I started with beads and some crystals. The order is random or as you like, but it is important that in each part where the curves are close to each other, we place beads so that we can bend the wire more easily and it will be much neater. Perhaps with bijouterie wire it is easier to make the bends and there would be no problem when placing larger crystals.

Con una pinza realizamos una curva en un extremo del alambre, esto evitará que se salgan las piedras. Empecé con mostacillas y algunos cristales. El orden es aleatorio o a gusto pero es importante que en cada parte donde se aproximan las curvas, allí coloquemos mostacillas para poder hacer el doblez del alambre con mayof facilidad y quede mucho más prolijo. Tal vez con alambre de bisutería resulta más sencillo hacer los dobleces y no habría problema al colocar cristales más grandes.

La primera vuelta la realicé al encontrarme con la cola del cisne. Luego en el ala y luego en el cuello. Vamos colocando piedra tras piedra y disfrutando de lo relajante que es este tipo de creaciones. Ha de ser porque el grado de dificultad es mínimo y solo hay que invertir la creatividad en buscar cuidadosamente cada piedra y mostacilla para que todo quede muy bello y guarde la armonía de colores.

There is a difference between the beak in the sketch and the swan I made. This is because I did not initially take into account the amount of wire I would need. I miscalculated because I had to make it larger than the sketch since I had difficulty bending the wire at short distances and the wire size I chose was a function of the size of the sketch. Again, with costume jewelry wire I would not have these drawbacks.

Hay una diferencia entre el pico del boceto y el cisne que realicé. Esto es porque debido a que inicialmente no tomé en cuenta la cantidad de alambre que necesitaría. Calculé mal porque lo tuve que hacer más grande que el boceto ya que tenía dificultad para doblar el alambre a cortas distancias y el tamaño del alambre que elegí fue en función del tamaño del boceto. Nuevamente, con alambre de bisutería no tendría estos inconvenientes.
