Bueno Yo estuve presente y me gustó mucho como se desarrolló está fiesta, porque de verdad muchas tradiciones han desaparecido de nuestro folklore y es una pena.
Como les comenté en mi pasado post, el Día de las Madres está muy cerca y los encargos para festejar a esa persona tan especial no se han hecho esperar está vez les voy a compartir una coqueta y juvenil pulsera que elaboré para una joven mamá, regalo de su esposo que me confió que a Ella le encantan los girasoles y que ahorita no son muy comunes en las floristería así que en modo Pulsera, está seguro la va a sorprender.

As always, my weeks have details that I can't pass over without commenting on. May 3rd was the Day of the Holy Cross, and in this community, they celebrate with a fair-style celebration: there are the popular street vendors and traditional galerones where singers of this musical genre participate, singing to the Holy Cross of May.
Well, I was there and I really liked how this celebration unfolded, because many traditions have truly disappeared from our folklore, and it's a shame.
As I mentioned in my last post, Mother's Day is just around the corner, and orders to celebrate that special someone have been pouring in. This time, I'm going to share a flirty and youthful bracelet I made for a young mother, a gift from her husband. He confided in me that she loves sunflowers, and that they're not very common in flower shops right now, so in Bracelet mode, it's sure to surprise her.
I used wooden beads and yellow seed beads to make it; so I invite you to continue reading the step-by-step instructions to see how I made it:
MATERIALES USADOS EN LA ELABORACIÓN DE ESTA PULSERA:
✓ Seis cuentas de madera número dos.
✓ Treinta mostacillones verde.
✓ Setenta y dos mostacillones amarillos.
✓ Un metro de nylon de 0,30 mm.
✓ Un cierre tipo caimán.
✓ Cuatro argollas doradas.
✓ Un dije corazón dorado con cristales.
✓ Un dije girasol.
✓ Cadena de extensión de cinco eslabones
dorada.
✓ Tijeras.
✓ Pinzas.
✓ Dos escalachines o grapas doradas.
MATERIALS USED IN THE MAKING OF THIS BRACELET:
✓ Six number two wooden beads.
✓ Thirty green seed beads.
✓ Seventy-two yellow seed beads.
✓ One meter of 0.30 mm nylon.
✓ One alligator clasp.
✓ Four gold jump rings.
✓ One gold heart charm with crystals.
✓ One sunflower charm.
✓ Five-link gold extension chain.
✓ Scissors.
✓ Tweezers.
✓ Two gold-plated staples.
CON ESTOS PASOS POCOS Y SENCILLOS ELABORÉ ESTA PULSERA:
PRIMER PASO:
Voy a comenzar la elaboración de esta juvenil Pulsera, ocupando el cierre tipo caimán para colocarle una argolla dorada mediana, luego coloco otra argolla dentro de la primera argolla para darle movimiento, ahora tomo el metro de nylon y lo paso por está argolla, uno las puntas para igualar, tomo un escalachin o grapa y lo inserto por el nylon lo bajo hasta la argolla bien pegadito y usando la pinza aplanó para asegurar quedando así como en la imagen.
WITH THESE FEW AND SIMPLE STEPS I MADE THIS BRACELET:
FIRST STEP:
I'm going to begin making this youthful bracelet by using the alligator clasp to attach a medium-sized gold ring. Then, I place another ring inside the first ring to give it movement. Now, I take the meter of nylon and thread it through this ring. I join the ends to make them even. I take a staple or ladder and insert it through the nylon. I lower it to the ring, very close, and using the pliers, I flatten it to secure it, so that it looks like the picture.
SEGUNDO PASO:
Cómo muestro en la foto abro el nylon y tengo lado derecho y lado izquierdo en cada inserto tres mostacillones amarillos, luego inserto otro mostacillón amarillo del lado derecho y cruzo con el nylon del lado izquierdo, sigo y de cada lado coloco dos mostacillones verdes, pongo otro mostacillón verde del lado derecho cruzo con el nylon del lado izquierdo y queda así.
STEP TWO:
As shown in the photo, I open the nylon and have three yellow seed beads on each insert on the right and left sides. Then I insert another yellow seed bead on the right side and cross it with the nylon on the left side. I continue and place two green seed beads on each side. I place another green seed bead on the right side and cross it with the nylon on the left side, and it looks like this.
PASO TRES:
Luego de cerrar este módulo, coloco un mostacillón amarillo por el lado derecho y lo cruzo con el nylon del lado izquierdo, halo y ajusto; coloco cuatro mostacillones amarillos de cada lado, igualó las puntas y voy a insertar una cuenta de madera, tomo el nylon de la derecha y bajo la punta hasta el último mostacillón amarillo de ese lado y lo inserto para pasar por los cuatro mostacillones de abajo hacia arriba, esto mismo lo hago del otro lado, halo las puntas ubicando la cuenta de madera en el centro, ahora inserto un mostacillón amarillo que cruzo y así forma el primer girasol.
STEP THREE:
After closing this module, I place a yellow seed bead on the right side and cross it with the nylon on the left side. I pull and tighten. I place four yellow seed beads on each side, even out the points, and insert a wooden bead. CUARTO PASO:
Después de haber realizado este primer girasol voy a realizar los mismos pasos hasta tener el largo deseado para la Pulsera, en este caso realicé cinco girasoles, ahora para el otro extremo inserto los siete mostacillones amarillos y hago una especie de argolla como al principio inserto la cadena de extensión de cinco eslabones hago un nudo simple paso el nylon por todos los mostacillones para asegurar y uso las tijeras para cortar los excedentes, en la argolla del cierre pongo para hacer más juvenil la pulsera un dije de corazón con cristal y un girasol que había realizado con anterioridad para este hermoso resultado.
STEP FOUR:
After making this first sunflower, I'll repeat the same steps until I have the desired length for the bracelet. In this case, I made five sunflowers. Now, for the other end, I insert the seven yellow seed beads and make a sort of ring. Like at the beginning, I insert the five-link extension chain. I make a simple knot, thread the nylon through all the seed beads to secure them, and use scissors to cut off any excess. To make the bracelet more youthful, I add a heart charm with a crystal and a sunflower to the clasp ring, which I had previously made for this beautiful result.
