Yo con mucho más energía que ayer así que me activé desde temprano devla mejor manera posible, que por supuesto es creando, y en esta oportunidad se trata de unos pendientes con cadena y cristales de swarovski que aparte de lindos y delicados son muy originales, y por si fuera poco los realicé desde cero.
Hello, Hive community! How are you all today? I’m feeling much more energetic than yesterday, so I got started early in the best possible way – which, of course, is by creating. This time, I’ve made some chain earrings with Swarovski crystals that are not only pretty and delicate but also very original, and to top it all off, I made them from scratch.
Lo que hace que estos pendientes sean realmente originales es que como les comenta arriba son elaborados desde cero, es decir que incluso el pin que vamos a utilizar lo elaboré yo, y por lo tanto, al hacerlos nosotros mismos, podemos crearlos a nuestro estilo, lo que le da un toque de exclusividad y originalidad a nuestras prendas.
En este caso, estoy trabajando con cristales de swarovski y cadenas con un diseño bastante atractivo, ya que tenemos un colgante que cae desde nuestro pin, pero también otro que cae desde el broche trasero de nuestro arete, lo que le da muchísimo movimiento y vistosidad a este accesorio, y si te gusta lo que ves sigue leyendo y vamos con el paso a paso.
What makes these earrings truly unique is that, as mentioned above, they are made from scratch; in other words, I even made the pin we’re going to use myself. And because we make them ourselves, we can design them in our own style, which adds a touch of exclusivity and originality to our outfits.
In this case, I’m working with Swarovski crystals and chains with a rather attractive design, as we have a pendant that hangs from our pin, but also another that hangs from the back clasp of our earring, which gives this accessory a lot of movement and visual appeal, and if you like what you see, keep reading and let’s get through the step-by-step guide.

Paso a paso/Step by step
Para la elaboración tres de estos aretes vamos a realizar varias piezas comenzando por nuestro pin, para el que vamos a necesitar dos alfileres de ojo, dos aros decorativos, dos balines mini y dos cristales de swarovski en forma de rombo.
El procedimiento para su elaboración es bastante sencillo, y lo primero que hacemos es doblar la punta donde se encuentra el ojo de nuestro alfiler con ayuda de la pinza redonda y lo cortamos tomando como medida algún otro pin que tengamls en casa, esta será la base para iniciar el diseño de nuestro pin.
Seguidamente vamos a hacer pasar el cristal de swarovski por el alfiler, seguido del aro decorativo y finalmente el balín, el cual fijamos con un puntito de pega para que no se nos mueva, y de esta forma tenemos listo nuestro pin.
Repetimos el procedimiento para crear el par.
To make three of these earrings, we’ll be creating several components, starting with our pin, for which we’ll need two eye pins, two decorative rings, two mini beads and two diamond-shaped Swarovski crystals.
The process is quite simple. First, we bend the tip where the eye of the pin is located using the round-nose pliers and cut it to size using another pin we have at home as a guide; this will form the base for our pin design.
Next, we thread the Swarovski crystal onto the pin, followed by the decorative ring and finally the bead, which we secure with a tiny dot of glue so it doesn’t move, and our pin is now ready.
We repeat the process to make the pair.
Con los pines listos vamos a comenzar a trabajar con los colgantes, específicamente con los cristales que van en los extremos de las cadenas y para esto vamos a utilizar 2 cristales cuadrados y 2 cristales en forma de rombo, y, lo que haremos es crear una pieza con cada uno de ellos.
Para esto pasamos por el alfiler de ojo la el cristal, cortamos el excedente del alfiler de ojo tomando en cuenta que en este caso no vamos a crear un aro, sino que vamos simplemente a cerrar, por lo tanto, dejaremos de aproximadamente 0. 5 centímetros, doblamos con la pinza redonda y cerramos por completo con la pinza plana para que les quede tal como ven en la imagen.
Repetimos el procedimiento con los 4 cristales.
Now that the pins are ready, we’re going to start working on the pendants, specifically the crystals that go at the ends of the chains. For this, we’ll use two square crystals and two diamond-shaped crystals, and we’ll create a piece using each of them.
To do this, thread the crystal onto the eye pin, cut off the excess eye pin, bearing in mind that in this case we are not going to create a loop, but simply close it; therefore, leave approximately 0.5 centimetres, bend it with the round-nose pliers and close it completely with the flat-nose pliers so that it looks just as you see in the image.
We repeat the procedure with the 4 beads.
Lo que sigue es cortar las cuatro piezas de cadena, en las que irán colocados nuestros cristales y vamos a cortar dos pares de diferentes tamaño, uno para los colgantes delanteros y otro para los traseros.
Seguidamente en uno de los extremos de cada pieza colocamos un cristal, tomando en cuenta por supuesto el largo de la cadena, es decir creando pares, tanto con la cadena como con el cristal.
Next, cut the four pieces of chain onto which our beads will be strung. We will cut two pairs of different lengths: one for the front pendants and one for the rear ones.
Then, at one end of each piece, thread on a bead, taking into account, of course, the length of the chain – in other words, creating matching pairs for both the chain and the pendant.
Continuamos creando 2 piezas con balines mini en solitario, y para esto hacemos pasar un balín por un alfiler de ojo y cortamos el excedente, y, en este caso, vamos a crear un arito, solo que un poco más pequeño que el que ya trae nuestro alfiler, así que lo cortamos un poco más pequeño de lo que lo hacemos de manera regular y cerramos con la pinza redonda, colocándola en la punta del alfiler giramos hacia dentro y tenemos listo nuestro aro.
Este arito lo vamos a conectar en el extremo libre de las cadenas cocristales de rrombo y lo haremos conectando el extremo más pequeño del aro a la cadena, dejando el más grande para conectarlo con el pin.
We continue by making two pieces using mini beads on their own. To do this, we thread a bead onto an eye pin and cut off the excess. In this case, we’re going to make a small loop, just a little smaller than the one already on our pin, so we cut it a little smaller than we usually do and close it with the round-nose pliers, placing it on the tip of the pin, turning it inwards, and our ring is ready.
We are going to attach this ring to the free end of each pendant, connecting the smaller end of the ring to the chain and leaving the larger end to connect to the pin.
En este punto ya estamos listos para crear la parte principal de nuestro pendiente y lo que haremos es conectar el colgante que tiene el cristal en forma de rombo a nuestro pin, y para esto lo que hacemos es abrir un poco el ojo donde se encuentra el balín y hacerlo pasar por el aro del pin y cerrarlo con la pinza redonda y para finalizar aseguramos con la pinza plana.
Repetimos el procedimiento con el otro pin y tenemos lista la parte delantera de nuestro zarcillo.
At this point, we are ready to create the main part of our earring. What we will do is attach the pendant with the diamond-shaped crystal to our pin. To do this, we open the loop where the bead is slightly, thread it through the pin’s ring, close it with the round-nose pliers, and finally secure it with the flat-nose pliers.
We repeat the procedure with the other pin, and the front part of our earring is now ready.
El siguiente paso es conectar los colgantes restantes al broche con el que cerramos nuestro pin, y para ello necesitamos conectar en el extremo libre de la cadena una argolla pequeña y ésta a si vez la conectamos en uno de los aritos que trae el broche cerrador.
Aseguramos la argolla con la pinza plana y de esta forms está lista la parte trasera de nuestro pendiente y al asegurar nuestro pin pueden ver lo lindo que se ve, ya que tenemos un colgante delantero y otro en la parte trasera que parece estar suspendido en el aire, lo que le da un toque muy lindo y diferente a estos pendientes.
The next step is to attach the remaining pendants to the clasp that closes our brooch. To do this, we need to attach a small jump ring to the free end of the chain and then attach this jump ring to one of the loops on the clasp.Secure the ring with the flat-nose pliers, and the back of our earring is now ready. When you fasten the pin, you can see how lovely it looks, as we have a pendant at the front and another at the back that appears to be suspended in mid-air, giving these earrings a really lovely and unique touch.
La verdad yo quedé enamorada de estos zarcillos, y es que se ven realmente lindos, muy delicados y súper atractivos a la vista, y como pueden ver, más allá de que tienen varios pasos, son muy sencillos de elaborar, así que espero se animen en casa.
To be honest, I absolutely fell in love with these earrings – they really are lovely, very delicate and incredibly eye-catching. And as you can see, even though there are quite a few steps involved, they’re very easy to make, so I hope you’ll give them a go at home.
