Hello everyone! I hope you're having a great day. Today I want to share with you a project I'm really excited about: creating a bracelet inspired by Kiara, a fascinating character from Splinterlands. To start, I want to mention that I have several passions that fill me with joy. Crafts and jewelry making are two of the things I enjoy most. I also love cooking, experimenting with recipes, and creating delicious dishes. Video games are another of my favorite hobbies, especially those that focus on fantasy and gameplay.
One of the games that has really captured my attention is Splinterlands. I find it a lot of fun to participate in tournaments where I compete using cards of the best characters. The game mechanics remind me of Pokémon, as it also involves strategy and the unique abilities of each character. I love the excitement of building my deck and facing off against other players. I've noticed that Splinterlands is quite popular here on Hive Blog, and I've seen a few posts that caught my attention. It was in this environment that I met Kiara, a character who inspired me to create a bracelet. I was captivated by her design, which combines a beautiful rainbow with a shooting star. For me, the rainbow symbolizes the hope and beauty we can find after a rainy day. Each color represents an emotion and a special moment, and that's something I'd like to reflect on my bracelet.
For this project, I've decided to add my personal touch. I'll be using the Miyuki bracelet technique, which is known for its delicate and colorful patterns. I love working with Miyuki beads because they allow for a wide variety of combinations and details, which will help me capture the essence of Kiara's design. I'll start by selecting a color palette that represents the rainbow, making sure to include the vibrant hues that make this natural phenomenon so special. I'll also consider how to integrate the shooting star into the design, as I want it to be a prominent feature of the bracelet.

When I started assembling my loom, I chose the beads to make the sides of the bracelet. To do this, I'll insert the beads into the thread and create a row of beads. This will give the bracelet more support and strength, as well as a more striking touch. I also placed the rows of threads, leaving each space for the beads. This bracelet will have seven rows, allowing for a more elaborate and colorful design.

Next, I started weaving the star part. First, I'm going to make it with yellow seed beads. On Pinterest, I found a pixelated image of a shooting star and chose that image for this bracelet, but only the star part.

Now it's time to make the rainbow. I wanted to try to make it more like a natural rainbow and not like the tail of a shooting star, as I thought it would be more interesting to see that way. I'm selecting seed bead colors that represent each shade of the rainbow, making sure each row is vibrant and eye-catching.

Since the bracelet is almost ready, I've just finished weaving it. Now I need to secure each side of the bracelet to prevent it from coming loose. I'll reinforce it, especially at the ends on each side, and also tie a tight knot. Then, I'll add the knot covers, the two rings, and, on one of the rings, the parrot beak. That's it, my bracelet is finished.
(Resultado final:)(Bottom line:)
And so, after much effort and dedication, my Kiara-inspired bracelet has come to life. This project has not only been a way to express my creativity, but also a way to remember the beauty of small moments and the hope that the rainbow symbolizes. I hope you enjoyed following this process with me. Each step has been a unique experience, and I would love to hear your thoughts on the final result. If you ever decide to do a similar project, please share it! Thank you for joining me on this creative adventure. See you next time!
