What a beautiful and appreciated creative community, a pleasure to be with you here, today I want to share with you this simple band that I made for my hair with some pearls that I had saved here from previous works, I wanted to do this work from a long time ago with this piece of fabric that stretches that I had in my scraps and I only have a few clothes in green but I know that this color combines with other softer colors, if you notice it is worn at the top like a kind of knot, here I am going to show you how you can To make this band you can make it bigger since the bigger it is, the better the knot design on the front will look. • Pequeño trozo de elástico

I began to cut two double rectangles with my piece of fabric and a small rectangle that I will use to insert my elastic later, then I sewed them with the machine only on the sides that remain as much as the top and bottom open.

I continue sewing my pieces and this time I start sewing along the edge my small rectangle that I will use to insert the elastic. I use a pin to help me so that my fabric does not come loose or slip when sewing it.

After sewing my elastic inside the rectangle I am going to put it inside one of the large rectangles and make a small hem and sew it, I do the same procedure with the other lake and so our elastic is well attached to both pieces of the band.

To make the most important step, which is our hem, which will give the effect to our band, we are going to do the following: we are going to place one of the pieces on top but in the middle of the other piece, then we fold the left one to the right and the right to the left and we put a pin in it so that it won't come loose.

Once we have the assembled pieces ready, we proceed to seal the edge of the assembly with a straight and zig zag seam, then we turn it around and the upper part we can see how beautiful the knot shape that we made looks, to finish I am going to decorate the band With small pearls of three for each design, forming like a flower, we insert three pearls on the thread and do this on each side. If you notice, I made five on each side, both the left and the right, so we have finished our band.
