Initially the sweater was going to be printed, then reviewing the patchwork bag I found some red fabric and decided to combine it with the printed fabric, it was a very small piece, I could only get the pocket and sash of the sweater at the last minute doing some tricks I could get the cuffs for the sleeves, the fabric was just right to make them, although they were not the width I wanted I really liked the result of the sweater and my son too, which is very important to me since; I sew his clothes with a lot of love and do my best to get the best results, knowing that he liked it makes me very happy.
Saludos comunidad creativa en todo el mundo, feliz y bendecido fin de semana en unión de sus seres queridos; ya ha transcurrido una semana del mes de enero, lo cual me recuerda que las actividades escolares están próximas a iniciar, ha sido una semana de organización para la vuelta a clases, en mi país en esta fecha hace frío un poco más de lo normal, vivimos en una zona tropical donde predomina el clima cálido y los días de frío suelen ser un poco fuerte para los niños sobre todo el mes de enero y parte de febrero, por ello cosí un nuevo suéter para mi hijo, con la leda de que se mantenga abrigado y a salvo del frío en estos días.
Inicialmente el suéter iba ser estampado, luego revisando la bolsa de retazos encontré un poco de tela roja y decidí combinarla con la tela estampada , era un retazo muy pequeño, solo pude sacar el bolsillo y fajón del suéter a último momento haciendo pericias pude sacar los puños para la mangas, la tela dio justo para hacerlos, aunque no quedaron del ancho que quería me gustó mucho el resultado del suéter y a mi hijo también , lo cual es muy importante para mi, ya que; coso su ropa con mucho amor y hago mi mayor esfuerzo para obtener los mejores resultados, el saber que le gustó me hace muy feliz.

ELABORATION
The elaboration of this sweater is simple, it only requires a little patience to assemble the pieces, I cut the pieces (front and back, hood, sleeves, sash pocket and cuffs), I sewed a hem on the sides of the pocket, with pins I fixed it to the front of the sweater centered and sewed on the top, then I faced right to right the front and back and sewed on the shoulders with a straight stitch.
ELABORACIÓN
La elaboración de este suéter es sencilla, solo requiere un poco de paciencia para armar y ensamblar las piezas, cortada las piezas (parte delantera y trasera, capucha, mangas, bolsillo fajón y puños), cosí un dobladillo en los lados del bolsillo, con alfileres lo fijé a la parte delantera de suéter centrado y cosí en la parte de arriba, luego enfrenté derecho con derecho la parte delantera y trasera y cosí por los hombros con puntada recta.

To make the sash and cuffs I sewed 1 strip of 70 cm long by 18 cm wide then I folded it and zigzagged along the edge, the strips of the cuffs were 15 cm wide by 14 cm long; facing right to right I pinned the sash all around the sweater and sewed, I did the same with the cuffs, this way the sweater is finished.

Sewing this sweater was easier than the first one I made for my son, I was a little anxious and worried about the result, this time I already had the previous experience and I was very happy to sew another garment for my son; the work was easier and even took me less time, the result was as expected and the greatest satisfaction was to see the happy face of my son, that is more than enough and motivating for me.
Coser este suéter resultó más fácil que el primero que le hice a mi hijo, estaba un poco ansiosa y preocupada por el resultado, en esta ocasión ya tenía la experiencia anterior y estaba muy feliz de coser otra prenda para mi hijo; el trabajo resultó más sencillo e incluso me tomó menos tiempo, el resultado fue el esperado y la satisfacción más grande fue ver la carita de felicidad de mi hijo, eso es más que suficiente y motivador para mi.
