DIY Bookmark

Hello , hi , namaste to all hive users reaching this post hope you all are doing great . So today I am sharing a handmade bookmark which is based on the theme sunflower. I suddenly had a thought to make a bookmark with sunflower on it .

So here is the process of the bookmark -

First fall , cut a cardboard in rectangle shape as your choice .

The cutting I took had a print from the back side , that is why I covered it with a white sheet .

Then started making rough sketch of the design I wanted .

Made slight changes in the design after I starting colouring it . Simply coloured the flowers using yellow and the middle portion with brown .

Then coloured the leaves with dark green and started outlining them .

The design I thought to make was only this much but it was looking empty , So I started making the pattern in the border and in few places around flowers .

And here the bookmark was ready .
