Bueno amigos yo hoy les quiero enseñar a hacer otro soporte para el celular que hice para mi mamá porque ella me pedía mucho el que yo hice hace tiempo, porque ella ve a veces series en el teléfono y con el soporte es mejor, entonces yo dije que le iba a hacer uno y como no tenía ya casi paletas no le podía hacer uno igual al mío y me puse a buscar por internet y habían unos de cartón pero eso no le iba a durar nada pero después encontré uno de paletas pero se usaban poquitas y sí me alcanzaban.
Este es más fácil que el otro que hice porque lleva poquitas paletas y ni lo pinté porque a mi mamá le gustaba más así con el color que tiene la paleta.

Ahora el paso a paso
Lo primero que hice fue poner dos paletas una al lado de la otra y las separé del ancho de una paleta para pegar una encima de esas dos con la pistola de silicón así como aparece en la foto de abajo.
Encima de esa paleta yo pegué otra más para que quede un poquito alto porque eso es lo que va a aguantar al celular para que no se resbale.
Después agarré dos paletas y con la tenaza las corté por la mitad y como no quedaron tan derechas la parte por donde las corté las pasé por la lija para que quedaran derechas y después pegué una mitad con otra y entonces me quedaron como dos medias paletas pero dobles así como está en la foto.
En esas paletas es donde se va a recostar el celular y las tienen que pegar un poquito inclinadas para atrás. Yo primero marqué con el lápiz donde las iba a pegar y le eché bastante silicón y la puse y la aguanté hasta que se secó bien y después pegué la otra que va en el otro lado y les eché pega por detrás para que no se despegaran.
Después agarré otra paleta y la corté por la mitad y también las lijé para que quedaran derechas y esas paletas van pegadas de la otra que puse y también de la base y esa es la que va a aguantar al celular para que no se caiga.
Yo le puse pega en la parte de arriba que es la parte de la curva y también abajo. Ah, yo también marqué donde iba a pegar para que los dos lados quedaran igual.
Después de eso tenía que pegar una paleta arriba en las paletas que están como medio acostadas y ya así estaba listo el soporte. Y yo le puse un poquito más de pega en todas las paletas para que quedara bien dura y no se rompa fácil y busqué el teléfono de mi mamá y lo puse y se ve bien fino, así lo puede usar en la cama o en la mesa y no tiene que aguantar el teléfono.

Well, friends, today I want to show you how to make another phone stand that I made for my mum because she kept asking me for the one I made a while ago, as she sometimes watches TV series on her phone and it’s better with the stand, so I said I’d make her one, and as I’d almost run out of ice lolly sticks, I couldn’t make her one just like mine, so I started looking online and found some made of cardboard, but that wouldn’t have lasted at all; but then I found one made of ice lolly sticks, and there were just enough for me.
This one’s easier than the other one I made because it only uses a few ice-cream sticks, and I didn’t even paint it because my mum liked it better just as it was, in the natural colour of the sticks.

Now for the step-by-step guide
The first thing I did was place two sticks side by side and leave a gap between them the width of one stick, then I stuck another stick on top of those two using the hot glue gun, as shown in the photo below.
I stuck another piece of wood on top of that one to make it a bit higher, as that’s what will keep the mobile phone from slipping.
Then I took two pallets and cut them in half with a pair of pliers. As the edges weren’t very straight, I sanded them down so they’d be straight, then stuck one half to the other, leaving me with two half-pallets that were double-layered, just as shown in the photo.
That’s where the mobile phone will rest, and you need to stick the pieces on at a slight angle, leaning them back a bit. First, I marked where I was going to stick them with a pencil, applied plenty of silicone, put the piece in place and held it there until it had dried properly, and then I stuck the other one on the opposite side, applying glue to the back so they wouldn’t come loose.
Then I took another stick and cut it in half, and I sanded them down so they were straight. Those sticks are stuck to the one I’d already put on and also to the base, and that’s what’s going to hold the mobile phone in place so it doesn’t fall off.
I put glue on the top part, which is the curved section, and also on the bottom. Oh, I also marked where I was going to stick them so that both sides would be even.
After that, I had to stick a slat on top of the slats that are sort of lying on their side, and that was it – the stand was ready. I put a bit more glue on all the slats to make it really sturdy so it wouldn’t break easily, then I found my mum’s phone and placed it on there – it looks really neat. That way, you can use it in bed or on the table and you don’t have to hold the phone.
