It's nothing new making a footwear and usage causes the palm life duration,Even if a palm slippers was made for a client,the durability depends on how the owner manage the palm that is the reason I do advice my customers to try to purchase like three pairs of slippers for longer durability.
Yesterday one of my client brought her favorite footwear which the knot design have damage and she want me to fix it back for her.
Wen I checked,the leather that hold the knot which I change it to another colour to hold it.
I cut and apply gum to it then roll it round the knot design of the palm and I pick my stitch and thread to hand stitch .
When my customer see the footwear,she loves how I fix it and gave me extra reward compare to the agreed price
