Hello, creative community! Greetings! This is my second entry for this monthly contest themed around Valentine's Day.
I created a representation of a couple where a man is proposing to a woman. I used some recycled materials along with glitter paper. In total, I spent Rs. 75, which is under $1.
The material I used:
3 glitter foam in three different colors silver, red, and pink
Cardboard from the package box.
glue gun
Fevibond glue
white beads half cuts.
colored beads 15 that only I had.
scissors
scale.
small lace piece
To make the base I used 18cm x10 cm 5 cardboard pieces.
16 cm x16 cm cardboard piece for making heart shape.
Using a glue gun I layered all 5 pieces and made a thick base.
Glued 18 cm x10 cm red-colored glitter foam on the top side.
1.5 cm strips for gluing all around the four sides
I had 1 small piece of golden lace from a Christmas craft I used only for the front side.
Cut heart shape on pink glitter and glued it on cardboard That I already cut heart-shape on.
Drew a figure of a man and a woman on the silver glitter foam. And cut that shape.
here I used Fevibond glue to fix half-cutting white beads/pearls on the border of the heart.
Glued toothpicks on human figures.
Using a glue gun glued a pink colored heart on the center of the red platform.
Made some alphabets on a small piece of pink glitter cutting.
Put/assemble all things and done.
Thank you. :)
