Hello, DIYhubbers! It’s another day to share my craft with you all and I’m super excited!
I made this holder today. It was created out of boredom. The internet was down for the greater part of today. I couldn’t do anything online, and for a minute, I thought I was cut off from the rest of the world.
While I sulked and scrolled through the pictures in my gallery, I stumbled upon one of the many DIY videos I saved on my phone. The essence of saving these videos is to be able to recreate them whenever I have the time and today, I had enough time.
I made this beautiful holder and I love it so much.
To make this beautiful holder, I used the following materials and followed the steps below.
Materials
Foam sheet
Box
Scissors
Gum
Pencil
Flower
Ruler
Carton
Procedure
Step 1:
I started by folding my foam sheet into two equal parts.
Step 2:
Using a cover, I drew multiple circles to form a flower on the foam sheet. I made the drawing of the circles very faint so it’s easy to erase.
Step 3:
I carved out the flower neatly.
Step 4:
I drew two sets of circles on a white sheet of paper and carved them out.
Step 5:
I attached the carved circles to the middle of the flower.
Step 6:
To make the flower firmer and give the holder a better grip, I covered the back of the flower with a carton.
Step 7:
Satisfied with the thickness and firmness of the flower, I decorated it with foam scraps and attached it to the box.
In no time my holder was created, easy peasy, lemon squeezy🥰🥰
What do you think about my holder? Do you love it? Is this something you’d love to recreate? I’d love to read your thoughts in the comment section.
