You may remember this from a month ago, this is the only gutter that was on any of my buildings when I bought this property.
Since I engaged someone to put up real fitting gutters on this building, I took that one down
I took it down all by my lonesome, wasn't that bad really
I then moved that old gutter around to the west side of MY HOUSE (it had been on the North side of the Studio building) and there it sat for a month.
I got SOME parts for the downspout, but things were old (the pipes as well as me)
Only today, did I begin to assay the task, again all by my lonesome
Well, except for Sir Tommy of Assholia supervising of course
Propping it up on two ladders, staring on one end, making it slant (obviously unevenly) in two hours I got it up there, and I did some "Jerrytsuseer Rigging" on the downspout until I can either get some help or get proper piping for it.
I checked, the water does flow out and away from the house.
(Yes, that is part of the Flue from the old furnace that had to be replaced. I told you it was #jerryrigged
This has been my brief DIY project for today. After I spent the night in the sleep clinic last night, where I didn't get much sleep (go figure) I had a nap this morning, and methinks I feel another coming on now.
