Les cuento que conseguí algo que me pareció genial, y es que de tanto buscar patrones de amigurumis en internet, di con un documento PDF que se llama RETO AMIGURUMIS 100 DIAS, y pues sí quiero hacerlos todos jajaja… pero voy de a poquito ya que no tengo tanto material para hacerlos, pero inicié con uno que creo es mi favorito, pues me resulta súper tierno y es que me encanta su color, cabe destacar que el verde es de mis colores favoritos 🐸 💚
Decidí iniciar con el “Dino” que es el patrón correspondiente al Día 33, no inicie con el Día 1 y tal vez no siga la secuencia de los patrones que trae el documento, porque me parece que están ordenados según la dificultad del amigurumi y no soy experta en la materia ya que me falta mucho por aprender, pero tampoco soy principiante, así que decidí hacerlos según lo que tenga ganas de tejer jajaja…

I tell you that I got something that I thought was great, and is that so much looking amigurumis patterns on the internet, I found a PDF document called AMIGURUMIS 100 DAYS CHALLENGE, and yes I want to do them all hahaha ... but I'm going little by little because I do not have much material to make them, but I started with one that I think is my favorite, because I find it super cute and I love its color, it should be noted that green is my favorite color 🐸 💚
I decided to start with the "Dino" which is the pattern corresponding to Day 33, I did not start with Day 1 and maybe I did not follow the sequence of the patterns that the document brings, because it seems to me that they are ordered according to the difficulty of amigurumi and I am not an expert in the field as I have a lot to learn, but I am not a beginner, so I decided to make them according to what I feel like knitting hahaha ....
La creadora del patrón hiso una pequeña reseña del personaje y al inicio dice
“Dino cree que es un depredador terrible y despiadado... Se pavonea mostrando su cola escamosa y sus dientes afilados, nadie tiene el valor de decirle lo lindo y tierno que es en realidad…”,
Jajaja… eso me encantó. Por cierto este patrón es de la página https://toffoletta.com/ .
Una cosa que me gustó mucho del documento es que la mayoría de los patrones tienen el nombre de su creador, y si no entendemos algo del patrón podemos buscarlo en las páginas de los creadores, donde muestran más detalladamente el proceso de creación.
Bueno ahora sí, vamos a ponernos a tejer a nuestro lindo Dino “Aterrador”.
Materiales:
- Hilos de algodón en colores; verde lima, y verde oscuro.
- hilos acrílico en color negro y blanco, para bordar los detalles de la cara.
- Ganchillo o aguja de crochet # 1.
- Guata para rellenar.
- Ojos de 6mm.
- Aguja lanera, marcadores de puntos y tijera.
The creator of the pattern did a little review of the character and at the beginning she says

One thing I really liked about the document is that most of the patterns have the name of their creator, and if we don't understand something of the pattern we can look it up in the creators' pages, where they show in more detail the creation process.
Well now yes, let's get to knitting our cute Dino "Terrifying".
Materials:
- Cotton yarns in colors; lime green, and dark green.
- Acrylic threads in black and white, to embroider the details of the face.
- Crochet hook or crochet needle # 1.
- Padding for stuffing.
- Eyes of 6mm.
- Wool needle, stitch markers and scissors.
Para realizar este amigurumi emplearemos los siguientes puntos:
Cadeneta (cad.), anillo mágico (Am), punto bajo (Pb), punto alto (Pa), medio punto alto (mpa), punto deslizado o punto raso (Pr) y como en la mayoría de amigurumis también haremos aumentos (Aum) y disminuciones (Dism).
To make this amigurumi we will use the following stitches:
Chain stitch (ch), magic ring (MR), single crochet (sc), double crochet (dc), half double crochet (hdc), slip stitch (sl st) and as in most amigurumis we will also make increases (inc) and decreases (dec).
Proceso de tejido:
1. Cuerpo/ cabeza:
Iniciamos haciendo un anillo mágico con 6 puntos bajos en la primera vuelta, V2: realizamos 6 aumentos; V3: 1 punto bajo, 1 aumento; V4: 2 puntos bajos, 1 aumento; V5: 3 puntos bajos, 1 aumento; V6: 4 puntos bajos, 1 aumento; a partir de la V7 hasta la V11 haremos solo puntos bajos, tejiendo punto sobre punto y así obtendremos 36 puntos bajos en cada una de esas vueltas. En la V12: tejemos 8 puntos bajos, 1 aumento; y desde la V13 hasta la 18 tejemos punto sobre punto otra vez para un total de 40 puntos bajos en cada una de esas vueltas.
Ahora haremos las disminuciones para completar esta parte del amigurumi, en la V19 hacemos 8 puntos bajos, 1 disminución; V20: 4 puntos bajos, 1 disminución; V21: 3 puntos bajos, 1 disminución; V22: 2 puntos bajos, 1 disminución; V 23: 1 punto bajo, 1 disminución, y para culminar hacemos 6 disminuciones en la V24 y cerramos la pieza con un anillo mágico invertido, usando nuestra aguja lanera y escondemos el hilo sobrante dentro del amigurumi.
Weaving process:
1. Body/ head:
We start by making a magic ring with 6 single crochets in the first round, R2: we knit 6 increases; R3: 1 single crochet, 1 increase; R4: 2 single crochets, 1 increase; R5: 3 single crochets, 1 increase; R6: 4 single crochets, 1 increase; from R7 to R11 we will knit only single crochets, knitting stitch over stitch and thus we will obtain 36 single crochets in each of those rounds. In R12: we knit 8 single crochet, 1 increase; and from R13 to R18 we knit over knit again for a total of 40 single crochet stitches in each of those rows.
Now we will make the decreases to complete this part of the amigurumi, in R19 we knit 8 single crochets, 1 decrease; R20: 4 single crochets, 1 decrease; R21: 3 single crochets, 1 decrease; R22: 2 single crochets, 1 decrease; R23: 1 single crochet, 1 decrease, and to finish we make 6 decreases in R24 and close the piece with an inverted magic ring, using our wool needle and hide the leftover yarn inside the amigurumi.
2. Cola:
Aquí modifique un poquito el patrón ya que de la manera que estaba descrito no me quedaba bien, como que la forma no se veía bonita y decidí hacerla a ojo. Y bueno les dejo la descripción de como la hice yo:
V1: Am con 6Pb (6)
V2: 6 Pb, hacemos punto sobre punto (6)
V3: 2 Pb, 2 Aum, 2 Pb (8)
V4: 3 Pb, 2 Aum, 3Pb (10)
V5: 4 Pb, 2 Aum, 4Pb (12)
V6: 4 Pb, 4 Aum, 4Pb (16)
V7: 6 Pb, 4 Aum, 4Pb (20)
Y terminamos la pieza haciendo 2 puntos desliados en los siguientes 2 puntos, y cortamos la hebra dejando suficiente hilo para coser la pieza al cuerpo.
2. Tail:
Here I modified the pattern a little bit because the way it was described it didn't fit me well, as the shape didn't look pretty and I decided to do it by eye. Here is the description of how I made it:
R1: MR with 6sc (6)
R2: 6 sc, we make stitch over stitch (6)
R3: 2 sc, 2 inc, 2 sc (8)
R4: 3 sc, 2 inc, 3sc (10)
R5: 4 sc, 2 inc, 4sc (12)
R6: 4 sc, 4 inc, 4sc (16)
R7: 6 sc, 4inc, 4sc (20)
And finish the piece by making 2 slip stitches in the next 2 stitches, and cut the yarn leaving enough yarn to sew the piece to the body.
3. Las púas de la espalda:
Con el hilo verde oscuro, hacemos 22 cadenetas; y a partir del tercer punto desde el ganchillo hacemos: 1 pb, 1 Pa, 1 pb, 1 punto deslizado, (1 pb, 3 Pa en el mismo punto, 1 pb, 1 punto desliado) x 3 veces, 1 pb, 1 Pa, 1 pb, 1 punto deslizado. Y cerramos dejando hilo suficiente para coser las púas al cuerpo.
3. The spikes on the back:
With the dark green yarn, we make 22 chains; and from the third stitch from the crochet we make: 1 sc, 1 dc, 1 sc, 1 slip stitch, (1 sc, 3 dc in the same stitch, 1 sc, 1 slip stitch) x 3 times, 1 sc, 1 dc, 1 sc, 1 slip stitch. And we close leaving enough yarn to sew the spikes to the body.
4. Armado del Dino:
Luego de tejer estas piezas lo que hice fue rellenar con guata la cola y unirla al cuerpo cosiéndola lo más centrada posible; seguidamente cosí las púas iniciando desde la punta de la cola hasta la parte más alta de la cabeza, sujetándola previamente con alfileres para asegurarme de que quedara bien derechita.
Para continuar pegué los ojitos, ubicando primero en centro de la carita y entre las vueltas 8 y 9 y claro dejando una separación de 7 puntos entre ellos. Ahora con el hilo crochet negro y una aguja lanera borde la boquita dejando 1 punto de distancia de cada ojo, y con hilo blanco hice el colmillo y lo bordeé con hilo negro para resaltarlo un poco más.
4. Assembling the Dino:
After knitting these pieces what I did was to stuff the tail with wadding and join it to the body sewing it as centered as possible; then I sewed the barbs starting from the tip of the tail to the highest part of the head, previously pinning it to make sure it was straight.
To continue I glued the eyes, placing them first in the center of the face and between the 8th and 9th loops, leaving a separation of 7 stitches between them. Now with the black crochet thread and a wool needle I bordered the mouth leaving 1 stitch distance from each eye, and with white thread I made the fang and bordered it with black thread to highlight it a little more.
5. Brazos:
Para hacer los bracitos del Dino procedemos de la siguiente manera:
Con el ganchillo, ingresamos el punto que está 3 vueltas debajo del ojo derecho y realizamos 4 cadenetas. A partir de la segunda cadena desde el ganchillo, hacer 1 mpa en cada punto de la cadeneta, en total serán 3 mpa.
Cerrar y dejar un poco de hilo para coser al cuerpo. Repetir una segunda vez para hacer la segundo brazo.
Y así concluimos nuestro lindo amigurumi, con un Dino que cree ser muy aterrador pero que realmente es una ternurita jajaja…
5. Arms:
To make the little arms of the Dino we proceed as follows:
With the crochet hook, enter the stitch that is 3 rows below the right eye and make 4 chain stitches. Starting from the second chain from the crochet hook, make 1 hdc in each stitch of the chain stitch, in total there will be 3 hdc.
Close and leave a little bit of yarn to sew to the body. Repeat a second time to make the second arm.
And so we conclude our cute amigurumi, with a Dino who thinks he is very scary but he is really a sweetie hahaha....
