¡Feliz domingo y feliz día a todos los niños! En este día especial les quiero compartir una de mis creaciones para la revelación de género del nuevo bebé de la familia, como ya les comenté para ello me encargué de hacer todos los detalles de papelería y decoración y en esta ocasión les vengo a mostrar la elaboración del topper para la torta, me costó un poco idear como sería pero luego de decidirme pude ponerme manos a la obra y debo decir que el resultado fue mejor de lo que esperaba y espero que a ustedes les guste también, sin más, ¡vamos a crear!
¡Happy Sunday and happy day to all children! On this special day I want to share one of my creations for the gender reveal of the new baby in the family, as I already told you, for this I was in charge of making all the stationery and decoration details and this time I come to show you the preparation of the topper for the cake, it took me a bit to think how it would be but after deciding I was able to get down to work and I must say that the result was better than I expected and I hope you like it too, without further ado,¡ let's go create!
❥ Foami escarchado azul rey, rosado y dorado.
❥Foami azul y rosado claro sin escarcha.
❥Cartulina escarchada plateada.
❥ Cartulina escolar blanca.
❥ Cinta delgada de tela azul y rosada.
❥Palito de altura.
❥ Lápiz.
❥ Silicón.
❥ Tijera.
❥ Royal blue, pink and gold frosted foami.
❥Blue and light pink foam without frost.
❥Silver frosted cardstock.
❥ White school cardboard.
❥ Thin blue and pink fabric ribbon.
❥Stick height.
❥ Pencil.
❥ Silicone.
❥ Scissors.
❥ PASO 1. Lo primero fue elegir la fuente de la letra para el topper, luego de probar con varias y decidirme por la que más me gustó hice las palabras Boy or Girl y las transferí al foami, Boy en azul escarchado azul rey, Girl en rosado escarchado y por ultimo Or y un signo de interrogación en cartulina escarchada plateada y recorté cada uno de ellos.
❥ STEP 1. The first thing was to choose the font for the topper, after trying several and deciding on the one I liked the most, I made the words Boy or Girl and transferred them to the foami, Boy in royal blue frosty blue, Girl in frosty pink and lastly Or and a question mark in silver frosty cardstock and I cut out each one of them.
❥ PASO 2. Luego pegué la palabra Boy sobre el foami azul sin escarcha, Girl sobre el foami rosado sin escarcha, y Or y el signo de interrogación sobre foami escarchado dorado, luego recorté dejando bordes delgados del foami.
❥ STEP 2. Then I glued the word Boy on the blue foam without glitter, Girl on the pink foam without glitter, and Or and the question mark on foam with glitter golden, then I cut leaving thin edges of the foami.
❥ PASO 3. Seguidamente pegué todo sobre la cartulina blanca en el orden que más me gustó y recorté la cartulina dejando un borde delgado alrededor de las letras, luego esto lo pegué sobre la cartulina metalizada dorada y también la recorté dejando un borde de esta como fondo del topper.
❥ STEP 3. Next I glued everything on the white cardboard in the order that I liked the most and I cut the cardboard leaving a thin border around the letters, then I glued this on the gold metallic cardboard and also cut it leaving a edge of this as the background of the topper.
❥ PASO 4. En la parte trasera pegué el palito de altura justo en el centro, recorté 2 tiras de cinta de tela rosada y azul e hice un lazo con ambos colores que luego pegué en la parte frontal del topper sobre el palito de altura justo debajo de las letras.
❥ STEP 4. In the back part I glued the height stick right in the center, I cut 2 strips of pink and blue fabric ribbon and made a bow with both colors that I later glued to the front part of the topper on the height stick just below the letters.
¡Y listo! De esta manera tan sencilla y creativa es como elaboré un lindo topper de revelación de género con la típica frase Boy or Girl?, es la primera vez que hago algo con esta temática, estoy acostumbrada a hacer toppers pero en su mayoría ara cumpleaños, nunca había hecho algo para revelación de género y aunque admito que estaba nerviosa porque temía que no me quedara bien pero realmente amé el resultado, ¿Qué les pareció a ustedes? Espero que este pequeño tutorial les sirva de guía para elaborarlo en casa.

In this simple and creative way, I made a cute gender reveal topper with the typical phrase Boy or Girl?, it's the first time I've done something with this theme, I'm used to making toppers but mostly For my birthday, I had never done anything for a gender reveal and although I admit I was nervous because I was afraid it would not look good on me but I really loved the result, ¿what did you think? I hope this little tutorial will serve as a guide to make it at home.
