Good morning to all my dear friends on hive,how was our night rest I hope we slept well.firstly I want to appreciate my friends and community's who has always share word of encouragement and also thank you all for your friendly comment and support always I really appreciate thank you all.
Today I want to share with you all how I made this lovely kimono jacket ,some people call it (after dress) which means u can wore it on any dress or trouser .
Cutting and sewing step
I used two trouser yard of flowers material for the dress .
I firstly cut the back bodices , the full length of the dress is 58" and I measurement the horizontal measurement from shoulder to waistline is 15" and hip line 24" then the burst measurement is 9" fold and hip is 10" fold and the neck depth is 2"and 3"length .
After cutting the back bodices I place it on the remaining fabric to cut the front I added 3" allowance for the opening at the front and curve the neck line .
The sleeve is 20" length and 15" wide then I curve it down to armhole curve.after cutting the sleeve then I cut out the band for the neck line .
After cutting all the necessary bodices I took it to my sewing machine and sew it then iron it and it look beautiful and unique 🥰♥️
