Por aquí bastante bien, trabajando en varias cositas para la habitación de Miranda, pero el proyecto que les comparto hoy aunque no es para su habitación, sí fue algo para ella, o mejor dicho para su mejor amiga Nicoll y se trata de un Llavero de "Jinniret" que es el Skzoo (personaje animado de los miembros del grupo Stray Kids) de Hyunjin, quien es el "bias" (cantante favorito del grupo) de Nicoll, y sí, ya sé que sonó a trabalenguas, pero toca explicarles estos términos que yo me he tenido que aprender para conectar con mi adolescente.
Hello everyone, how’s your day going? Things are going pretty well over here; I’ve been working on a few bits and bobs for Miranda’s room, but the project I’m sharing with you today, although it’s not for her room, was actually something for her—or rather, for her best friend Nicoll—and it’s a “Jinniret” keyring which is Hyunjin’s Skzoo (an animated character from the group Stray Kids), who is Nicoll’s “bias” (favourite singer in the group), and yes, I know that sounded like a tongue twister, but I have to explain these terms to you—terms I’ve had to learn myself to connect with my teenager.
En resumen, cada miembro del grupo tiene su Skzoo y el de Hyunjin es un hurón, y si hay algo que caracteriza a las k-poper (seguidores del k-pop) es que quieren llevar a sus "bias" con ellas a todas partes, así que tienen llaveros, holders con photocards y cuanta cosa se puedan imaginar colgadas de sus bolsos escolares o carteras, así que si vas a regalar algo a una k-poper la cosa es bastante fácil 🤣, solo descubre su grupo favorito y su "bias" y listo!
En este caso fue Jinniret y lo realicé con impresiones en papel fotográfico protegidas con papel contac y reforzadas con acetato, y si quieres saber cómo lo hice, ya te muestro el paso a paso.
In short, every member of the group has their own Skzoo, and Hyunjin’s is a ferret. And if there’s one thing that defines K-pop fans, it’s that they want to take their “biases” with them everywhere, so they have keyrings, holders with photocards and every imaginable item hanging from their school bags or purses. So if you’re going to give a K-pop fan a present, it’s pretty easy 🤣—just find out their favourite group and their “bias” and you’re sorted!
In this case, it was Jinniret, and I made it using prints on photo paper protected with contact paper and reinforced with acetate. If you want to know how I did it, I’ll show you the step-by-step process.

Paso a paso/ Step by step
Para la elaboración de este llavero de Jinniret Miranda escogió la imagen, y se trata de la cara del huroncito como si estuviese recostado, así que las imprimí en papel fotográfico, y tomen la precaución de girar una de las imágenes, ya que vamos a pegarlas de manera que la cara se pueda ver por ambos lados y para que calcen bien es necesario hacerlo de esta manera.
To make this Jinniret keyring, Miranda chose the image – it’s a picture of the little ferret looking as though it’s lying down – so I printed them out on photo paper. Please make sure to rotate one of the images, as we’re going to stick them together so that the face can be seen from both sides; to ensure they fit together properly, this is necessary.
El siguiente paso es cortar las dos imágenes y cubrirlas con el papel contac. En mi caso, yo decidí cortar una sola pieza rectangular, pegar el papel contac y luego recortar cada pieza.
The next step is to cut out the two images and cover them with contact paper. In my case, I decided to cut out a single rectangular piece, stick the contact paper on it, and then cut out each piece.
Con las dos caritas listas, el siguiente paso es cortar la imagen en el acetato, para lo que marqué cada una con un lápiz y finalmente las recorté y pegué cada una con su par utilizando el silicón frío.
With the two faces ready, the next step is to cut out the image from the acetate. To do this, I traced each one with a pencil, then cut them out and stuck each one to its matching piece using cold glue.
Una vez secaron bien pegué ambas piezas entre sí con silicón líquido nuevamente y una vez estuvo seco hice el huequito por el cual pasar la argolla del llavero, y de esta forma estuvo listo este precioso huroncito para decorar el bolso de Nicoll quien estuvo feliz con su regalo para celebrar los 8 años de amistad entre ellas.
Once they were completely dry, I stuck the two pieces together again using liquid silicone, and once that had dried, I made a small hole through which to thread the key ring. And just like that, this adorable little ferret was ready to decorate Nicoll’s bag; she was delighted with her gift, which celebrated their eight years of friendship.
Como ven es un proyecto sencillo que tiene un acabado muy lindo y bastante prolijo, además queda bien firme y protegido, y les cuento que para Miranda ya he hecho varios con sus diferentes bias de Stray Kids, por que sí gente, aparte de ser multifandon (le gustan muchos grupos) también es multi bias 🤣🤣🤣
As you can see, it’s a simple project that looks really nice and neat, and it’s also sturdy and well-protected. I’ve actually made several of these for Miranda featuring her various Stray Kids biases, because yes, folks, as well as being a multi-fan (she likes lots of groups), she’s also a multi-bias 🤣🤣🤣
