DIY Candy Box with Window (Eng-Esp)

Packaging is everything at a children's party, and it's great that those old generic bags are a thing of the past. Now, the trend for handing out candy at parties is to match the party theme, and the packaging should be so cute that the children themselves will want to take care of it and later use it to store their little treasures, making the packaging a cherished souvenir.

For girls, I'm putting together some creative stationery items with a K-Pop Demon Hunter theme, and today I made a candy holder with a window, which can be filled with treats and used to decorate the birthday table during the party... Welcome!

El Packaking lo es todo en una fiesta infantil, y que bueno que ya pasaron de moda las bolsitas genéricas de antes, ahora para entregar dulces en las fiestas lo que está en tendencia es hacerlo con la misma temática de la fiesta, y en un Packaking tan lindo que los mismos niños deseen cuidarlo para luego usarlo para guardar sus pequeños tesoros así el Packaking se convierte en un souvenir más.

Para niñas estoy armando algunos elementos de Papelería Creativa con la temática de K-Pop Demon Hunter, y hoy realicé un Dulcero con Visor, el cual se puede utilizar para llenar con golosinas y decorar la mesa de cumpleaños durante la fiesta... Bienvenidos.

The template design is a box with a viewfinder that takes up a significant amount of space within the design, and it will only need one sheet to print and assemble, making this design quite economical.

In the appropriate places, I added wave-like shapes, similar to those found on carnival awnings, and I made the design in pink, the color characteristic of K-Pop Demon Hunter.

El diseño de la plantilla es una caja con un visor que ocupa un tamaño importante dentro del diseño, y que ocupará una sola hoja para imprimir y armar, así que es bastante económico este diseño.

En el lugar correspondiente coloqué unas formas de ondas como de toldo de feria, y el diseño lo hice en color rosa, característico de las K-Pop Demon Hunter.

The K-Pop Demon Hunter characters I used are Chibi style, and I placed them on the sides and front of the box, making them stand out just a little, for design reasons.

Los personajes de las K-Pop Demon Hunter que utilicé son estilo Chibi, y las ubiqué en los laterales y en el frente de la caja, haciendo que sobresalga apenas un poco, por un tema de diseño.

Since I'm the type of person who looks at a design a thousand times, I later decided to change the images on the sides so they would be different from the front. And I added a design to the box so it wouldn't look so flat. This is how it turned out after the modifications:

Como soy de las que ve, y ve, y ve el diseño 1000 veces, decidí posteriormente cambiar las imágenes de los lados para que fuesen diferentes a la frontal. Y le agregué un diseño a la caja, para que no se vea de un color tan plano. Así quedó después de las modificaciones:

I printed on letter-size paper, using high-quality 230gsm photo paper.

📢📢📢 Something unfortunate happened: I couldn't get the design to fit comfortably on the letter-size sheet, and the awning design was cut off. To fix this, I decided to cut that part completely and continue working. 📢📢📢 There's an important principle here: We can't waste material. We can't throw away our profit, so I'm going to fix this later.

Imprimí en tamaño carta, en papel fotográfico de calidad y 230 gramos.

📢📢📢 Me pasó algo lamentable y es que no logré hacer que el diseño entrara cómodamente en la hoja tamaño carta y se cortó el diseño del toldo. Para solucionar esta situación decidí cortar esa parte por completo y seguir trabajando. 📢📢📢 Hay una Premisa Importante y es que: No se puede perder material. No se puede botar la ganancia, así que voy a solucionar esta situación más adelante.

The Process: Marking, Folding, and Gluing

At Creative Stationery, this is the mandatory process. Aside from the creative process, we'll mark all the folds in the box design, fold them neatly to ensure a professional and polished look, and then glue all the flaps together using liquid silicone.

El Proceso: Marcar, doblar y pegar

En Papelería Creativa éste es el proceso obligatorio, aparte del proceso creativo, vamos a Marcar todos los doblez que tenga el diseño de la caja, doblar bien para lograr que se vea prolijo y comercial, y pegar con silicón líquido en este caso, todas las solapas para armar la caja.

Fixing the Mistake:

As I mentioned before, the printing process cut off the design of the box's awning, but to avoid wasting material, I replaced it with a piece of the same size and shape, cut from silver holographic metallic cardstock, which I glued in place.

We have to find solutions and improvise if necessary, but we can't throw away materials.

Reparando el Error:

Como les mencioné antes, la impresión me cortó el diseño del toldo de la caja, pero para no perder el material, lo sustituí por un trozo del mismo tamaño y forma, en una cartulina metalizada y holográfica plateada, la cual pegué en el lugar correspondiente.

Hay que solucionar e improvisar si es necesario, pero no se puede botar material.

To visualize my product, my Candy Box with a Viewing Window, I like to use Gemini's AI. I give it a custom prompt to fill it with candy, remove the background, and present it in a clear cellophane bag tied with a lilac satin ribbon.

This allows me to visualize options for presenting my product, make design decisions, and, of course, support my proposal. Here are the results:

Así utilizo la IA para visualizar mi producto, ahora puedo tener una idea bien clara de los elementos que quiero para crear mi stand para Eventos, Exposiciones, para crear un Catálogo, etc. Por ejemplo, ya tengo planeado realizar 10 cajas, llenar de golosinas pequeñas y coloridas, presentar en una mesa con decoración acorde, incluir una torta así sea pequeña y adicionarle un Topper con la misma temática.
