World Football Box 2026– Argentina National Team (Eng-Esp)

This year, we will celebrate the festival of the "King of Sports"—the 2026 World Cup—and it presents a wonderful opportunity to tap into our creativity and craft some beautiful handmade items inspired by the event. As part of the "Creative Stationery" content I am currently developing, I decided to create a few products—both for sale and for my personal catalog, which I am gradually building. Today, I am starting with a gift box—perfect for souvenirs, treats, keepsakes, and more—featuring one of my two favorite teams: the Argentine National Team.

I will walk you through my process and show you the extra details I incorporated; I am sure you will love it, too. Welcome!

Este año celebraremos la fiesta del Deporte Rey, el Mundial de Futbol 2026; y es una valiosa oportunidad para hacer uso de nuestra Creatividad y crear hermosas manualidades con esta inspiración. En el marco del contenido sobre Papelería Creativa que actualmente estoy desarrollando, me decidí a crear algunos productos para la venta y para mi Catálogo, que de a poco estoy edificando, hoy comienzo con una Caja para obsequios, souvenir, golosinas, recuerdos, etc con una de mis dos Selecciones Favoritas, la Selección de Argentina.

I acquired the digital assets I currently possess through my Creative Stationery Course—a learning experience where I discover something new every single day, as we must always infuse our work with our own unique "Differentiating Factor." I will be working on the file for this windowed box design using the Canva App; the file consists of three pages.

I am currently customizing this template within the Pro version of the Canva App, where I am reviewing the layout and making a few adjustments to suit my personal taste. Once finished, rather than simply downloading the file, I will be utilizing a NEW CANVA PRO TOOL called "Use My Printer"—a feature that now allows us to print directly from within Canva itself. It is absolutely excellent!

El material digital que posee, lo adquirí en mi Curso de Papelería Creativa, que cada día conozco alguna cosita nueva al respecto, porque siempre debemos agregarle nuestro Factor Diferenciador. El archivo para esta Caja con Visor, lo trabajaré en Canva App y consta de 3 hojas.

En Canva App en su versión Pro, estoy trabajando esta plantilla, la cual visualizo y realizo algunos ajustes por gusto personal. Al terminar, en lugar de descargarla, estaré utilizando la NUEVA HERRAMIENTA DE CANVA PRO, "Usar mi Impresora" la cual ahora nos permite imprimir directamente desde Canva... Es excelente,

I print each of the three sheets on glossy photo paper.

Imprimo en Papel Fotográfico Brillante, cada una de las 3 hojas.

I make the cuts by combining a utility knife, scissors, and a paper guillotine—whichever method I feel most comfortable with at the time.

On the printed design, we can clearly see where the flaps are located; it is important to take a few seconds—or even a few minutes—to carefully analyze the layout so as to avoid making the mistake of cutting off a flap.

Los cortes los hago combinando cúter, tijera y la guillotina, según me sienta más cómoda con el proceso.

En el diseño impreso podemos ver dónde están las solapas, es importante tomarnos unos segundo o minutos, para analizar bien el diseño y no cometer el error de cortar una solapa.

I mark all the places where the design folds using a ruler and an awl, and I check all the sides.

Marco con regla y punzón todas las partes donde dobla el diseño, y compruebo todos los lados.

I assemble the box by applying liquid silicone to the corresponding flaps, and with that, the hat is complete.

The original design featured images of the mascots from this World Cup, as well as some of the most iconic players—including, of course, Messi. However, I decided not to use the mascots exactly as they appeared; instead, I modified the design by adding gold metallic cardstock to make the characters stand out even more. To finish the lid, I simply needed to place a sheet of clear acetate in the visor opening, and just like that, the box lid was ready.

Armo la caja con silicón líquido en las solapas correspondiente, y así termina el sombrero.

En el diseño original traía la imagen de las mascotas de este Mundial de Futbol, y algunos de los actores más emblemáticos, y entre ellos por supuesto MESSI. Sin embargo, decidí no utilizar las mascotas tal cual, sino que edité el diseño y le coloqué cartulina metalizada dorada para destacar aún más a los personajes. Para terminar la tapa, solo hace falta colocar un acetato transparente en el espacio del visor y así quedaría lista la tapa de la caja.

For the tray of this box, I cut the pieces, score, fold, and glue.

Para la bandeja de esta caja, corto las piezas, marco, doblo y pego.

The design includes a front and back cover, which will absolutely elevate its quality.

El diseño incluye una tapa y contratapa lo cual le va a elevar absolutamente la calidad.

With these steps, the two pieces of this box are complete. The viewing window allows us to see the court, and everything looks harmonious.

Con estos paso quedan listas las dos piezas de esta Caja . El visor nos permite ver la cancha y todo se ve armonioso.

An absolute bonus for clients—or for the guest of honor—is undoubtedly a set of stickers featuring the theme of the Argentine National Football Team; it’s a little touch that everyone loves.

Un plus absoluto para los clientes o para el agasajado es sin duda unos Stickers, alusivos a la temática de la Selección Argente de Futbol, este detalle nos encanta a todos.

This box can be used to decorate the birthday table, to fill with treats, to hold a more meaningful gift, or for some combination of these things.

Esta caja se puede utilizar para decorar la mesa de cumpleaños, para llenarlas de golosinas, para incluir un obsequio mas significativo, o alguna combinación de cosas.

I hope you enjoyed this Box—I absolutely loved it! I’ll be working on more things to put together something even bigger, inspired by my favorite national team. Though, I must confess that I actually have two favorite soccer teams that I’ll be rooting for during this World Cup.
