His Majesty, Crown Prince Thomas (Tommy) of Assholia, is staying out later and later.
I got to bed relatively early but either watch TV (loudly) or read, which requires quite a bit of pillow arranging.
He is not fond of any of that, and normally will not "approach" close enough for me to indulge in any loving
At least here He is close enough to bestow his beatific smile upon His most loyal and doting Subject
So last night it was later than usual, and he wasn't inside. I used my cams and called out to him (I normally keep the mics shut off on them, but should I need to speak to someone who is close to a cam, I CAN speak through it)
I called him first through the one overlooking my car and that door, then the one facing the woods (I know he spends a lot of time out there at night, then the one facing the back of the house.

For the FIRST TIME, he came in and jumped on the bed straight away, and CAME UP NEXT TO ME!!!
I was ecstatic, and after the initial scratch fest, he lay down next to me
(you may notice that most of my covers are down near the foot of the bed)
He settled down as if to sleep, but after about 20 min or so, I grew chilled and needed to pull up something to cover me a bit more (see that bit of grey plaid above His head? that is a sheet I use for light cover if I nap during the day)
So I managed to hook that and pull it, but to him of course this meant play time.
He chewed on my hand through the cloth for a while (he considers this most High Fun) then He moved down, and eventually off the bed, I assume to His Royal Penthouse.
At our normal wake up time, I was still sleepy and didn't want to get up.
He was not pleased and yowled to let me know. Then sometime shortly after that He left the premises.
I went out to water things a little while ago and He came to play with me some, when I came in I noticed he hadn't eaten any of the food I put out first thing (one of this subjects essential duties) so I opened that door and 'dinged' on the dish.
Once was all it took and He came at a run.
So now, He is back out rabble rousing somewhere.
