come back with me in this post I want to share a fresh drink that is suitable for summer, in my area the weather is very hot these days, there are even some plants that have withered from the heat here, in hot weather fresh drinks are needed to refresh the throat in this hot summer
It so happened that I wanted to make it with makeshift ingredients, it just so happened that there was only jelly and milk in the fridge, I used the makeshift ingredients to prepare a fresh drink this afternoon for my family, namely Strawberry Ice Jelly, yup, the name alone is tempting, isn't it? moreover it feels very interesting to try
the ingredients needed to make strawberry jelly ice:
1 pack of strawberry jelly
granulated sugar
white sweetened condensed milk
Coco pandan syrup
how to make strawberry jelly ice:
(1) take 1 pack of jelly then cook using 500ml of water or you can see according to the instructions on the jelly packaging and after that add sugar and stir

(2) after the jelly is cooked I add coco pandan syrup as an additional coloring agent, so that the red color is clearly visible

(3) after the jelly is cooked, then prepare the ice cubes and then pour the cooked jelly earlier in a state that has not hardened into the ice cubes

(4) then stir the jelly so that later the jelly will harden by itself, and after that dissolve the sweetened condensed milk and mix it into the jelly earlier and also add a little coco pandan syrup

and for the strawberry ice jelly it's ready to serve, here I made too much of it, and the rest I kept in the refrigerator
well friends for the afternoon I also enjoyed strawberry ice jelly while looking after the shop, you can see even though it was already late afternoon but the day was still hot with the sun
