01 lechoza pequeña, 01 remolacha, 01 naranja, 05 hojas de espinaca, azúcar al gusto.

1 small papaya, 1 beetroot, 1 orange, 5 spinach leaves, sugar to taste.
Lo primero que hago es lavar las frutas. Luego corto la lechoza por la mitad y saco la pulpa con una cuchara; pelo y rallo la remolacha, pico las espinacas en trozos y corto la naranja por la mitad.
The first thing I do is wash the fruit. Then I cut the papaya in half and scoop out the pulp with a spoon; I peel and grate the beetroot, chop the spinach into pieces, and cut the orange in half.
Pongo un vaso de agua, la lechoza, la remolacha, las espinacas y el azúcar en la licuadora.
Place a cup of water, the papaya, beetroot, spinach, and sugar in the blender.
